 I just spent one and a half hours at the gym and got in my cardio and then some.

I know, a pretty lame April Fool, but hey........ :)

 I actually was at the gym for one and a half hours, but I only did 45 minutes of cardio, as usual. The other 45 minutes I was exercising my mouth. :teeth:

How about it exercisers, what did you do to get yourself moving today?

I got up at 5am and did the FIRM Maximum Cardio Burn plus Abs.

I REALLY felt those abs today!! Make em burn!

I went to Curves first thing this morning. I have a 2 hour meeting this morning and I thought that the exercise might help to keep me awake :p Gotta admit, I feel great having got the exercise in already today. Unfortunately, my schedule along with my DH's doesn't allow me to do this very often.

25 minutes on the bike and 5 minutes stair stepping in!!!! Don't tell anybody...but I think I am starting to make this exercise thing a habit....and may even enjoy it!!!!!!

I did NOT do 25 minutes on the bike and 5 minutes on the stair master......I DID 10 yes 10 minutes on the stair master and 20 minutes on the bike!!! I think I need to go and take a shower now!!!!!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

I woke up late (due to a migraine attack....darn carbs) so I missed my yoga class. But I tried a little variety today, I did 42 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the stairmaster and 20 minutes on the Eppl........thingy, I don't really know whats it's called, but it burned. Oh, and I had some spare time so I did 60 crunches. I'll be feeling it tonight.

WOW, that is an impressive workout!! You go!!! {BTW, the eppl....thingy you are talking about (I think) is the elliptical.}

Great job everyone!!! What inspirations we have here!

today Denise and I did a toning and stability/ball workout

i'm a bit sore in my inner thighs for a super aerobics class last night, our favorite WISH fitness instructor evansmom kicked our butts!

I did a 1/2 hr stair stepping and 5 mile walk today!I'm finally lost more wait. I'm now 45lbs lighter!:Pinkbounc

im at about 7300 steps for the day
its another cold/wet day - im just thankful its not snowing!

I was only able to do 15 mins of Denise Austins Fat Burning Blast (or something like that). But, that is 15 mins more exercise than I usually get and I did it with the baby in the Snugli again (that has to count for something!!).

Today I won the Foolin Around Boston Triathalon. April Fools....

Actually, I did do 4 miles on the treadmill for 450 calories burned and I ain't foolin on that. My legs can testify to it. Ended the workout with abdominal exercises as usual.

I laid on my butt on the couch ALL day, eating chips & dip, ordered take-out and watched lousy TV then, I took a nap, laid around some more...................

FOOLED YA!!!!!!!!! April Fool's!

Actually, I switched to the 50 min., 3 mile WATP video today, with my wrist weights for 1+ miles. :sunny:

I walked for a half of an hour at lunch and then in the evening did the one mile WATP with weights.

I am happy to report that I slowed down my jog but doubled my distance..........went from 2 miles to four miles...slower but longer!

Now, I just have to find the time to this.lol kids were sleeping and it was an experiment! I loved it but took almost an hour!
