Exercise Challenge for August-think HOT!

I am at 630/1600. :cool1:

I'm running behind plan, so I'd better get moving. You'd think all the time I'm spending watching the Olympics would get me motivated, but no, not me! I'm more of a couch potato than ever. Unless you count jumping up & down screaming at our Olympic swimmers as exercise, which I don't. I am doing way too much watching and not enough moving! I've got to change that!

I am very proud of me, I've really worked at getting my steps in and halfway through the month I've jut about halfway at goal. I know I can do this.

Hi All--

Total so far = 1300/1800.

Still on track, though I would like to be a bit further along.

Haven't been posting my minutes regularly because, I have to say, I miss the different percentages and color changes. 50% and 100% only just aren't a big motivator for me.
 
I'm at 1509/2100 for the month, so I'm on track!

I am now at 770/1600.

It's going to be a struggle to make it this month. Today, it's TS Fay. I went walking, and actually did a good bit of jogging. That is, until the next rain band moved in and I accepted a neighbor's offer of a ride home, thus shortening my time by half. I tried so hard to get out between storms, too! Oh well, at least I got out there. :teeth:
