Exercise Challenge for August-think HOT!

Checking in at 1030/1600 min for Aug.

Not a good month for me, between the heat, rain from the slow moving TS Flo, and the major distraction that should have been a motivation - the Olympics! I am going to have a hard time making goal this month but I have not given up yet! I will do the best I can & just hope Gustav stays away from central FL! :scared1:

I have only exercised for 270 minutes more up to today.

I do not know how I have been able to still lose weight. I have had really bad shoulder/sternum pain, and I have not been motivated to do my aerobic tapes.

Updated. 965/950. I'm so glad I made it! Anyone else to report their final for this month?
 
I did it!!! I finished with 406,201 steps!

I can't tell you how much this thread keep me moving this month. I went out of my way to walk extra steps so that I could meet my goal.
 
I got up to 800/1000.....5935/10000.

Thanks so much for keeping track of this challenge. It does help me so much, and with my son starting school this week, I'm hoping to get back on track and reach my goal for the year.
