Another 84 minutes, so now I'm 727/950. I updated this afternoon. Whew-I hope I got the colors all right.
 
I'm at 1614/2100.

Unfortunately, my allergies have me feeling completely wiped out, so I missed 3 days this week. I really don't like it when I don't exercise, my whole day feels "off". Next summer, I hope we'll have air-conditioning in the house, so I can exercise inside with the windows closed and leave the pollen outside!

as of 8/22 I'm 269,626 our of 400,000 --- I'm really hoping to do a lot of walking this weekend to help me get to my goal. I may fall a little short but all in all, I'm pleased with the number of times I've gone walking a few more times then I know I would have if it wasn't for my goal. Many thanks to Simba's Mom for keeping this thread up to date and for doing all the work!
 
Good Sunday morning,

Total exercise time yesterday was 60 minutes, 40 of which was 3 miles on the treadmill of running.

August: 555/1500

I more than likely will not make my goal for August, but will do the best that I can.

55 minutes today total exercise time. Did some abdominal wall and a 3.3 mile run.
