What did you do?

I got done my 12 hour shift and did a 4 mile WATP, it kicked my butt but it felt good

Who's next????
 
Went to the gym at 8 this morning, and did 45 minutes on the eliptical. Have some new songs on my ipod so it makes it much easier!

this morning I did a 3 mile WATP and then some toning/strength exercises....next?

Sorry it took me so long to write back! Actually the songs I put on the ipod arent new at all, i really have found that some 80s music is very motivating. My taste in music is all over the place.

I walked 2 miles at a fast clip, did 50 of those "almost sit-downs" - The exercise is like sitting down on a chair without actually sitting. Supposed to be great for the gluteous maximus (and boy, my gluteous could certainly be a little less maximus!), did 38 total side-leg lifts on each side (done while standing) and lifted weights a little bit.

Oh, and most importantly, I exercised my willpower by taking smaller portions and not eating all the chocolate in the house :rolleyes1 .
