Excursions to multiple places - chances to change clothes or store stuff?

So, we have a couple of excursions on our upcoming trip that are different from ones we've done in the past. Both of them involve doing some sightseeing (where we will probably want to have a camera, and be dressed for walking around), followed by some swimming (where we probably won't want our camera and will want our swimsuits. Specifically, we'll be on the "Cozumel Ruins, Chocolate, and Beach Break" and the "Chichen Itza Mayan Ruins and Cenote Swim" ones, but I think this is more general.

I guess there are two questions:
A) Do these types of excursions ever give chances to change into swim clothes, or do we need to wear swimming clothes all day?
B) I imagine this is pretty much a no-no, but do people ever leave items on the bus (i.e. does the driver stay with the bus the entire time), or do you need to keep up with everything at all times? (not sure we'd feel comfortable leaving anything of value on the bus anyway, but figured I'd check...). Or, do places like a beach club (for the Cozumel excursion) usually have lockers?

In my experience, if the bus is only for your tour, for the full time, yes, you can leave items on the bus. The driver stays with the bus, or it's locked. Depending on when the swim is, I've worn my swimsuit under tshirt and shorts and then, just changed out, if there was a place to do so after the swim. Sometimes, I've just put tshirt and shorts back on over wet suit, if the bus was going directly back to the ship. Some places MIGHT have lockers, but I wouldn't count on it.

I've actually done the one with the Chocolate!!

When we went to the ruins, if memory serves, we were able to leave things on the bus. The chocolate and the "beach break" are actually the same place (the bus parks once, they're walkable distance to one another) so we did carry our beach stuff through the chocolate area. I'm pretty sure we were able to stuff everything (except maybe towels) in the Disney sling bags. We did change in the changing rooms at the beach area. Assuming it's what we did several years ago, there's a small beach and also a couple of pools. There was no lunch served, but the people that paid to get into the beach (not on our tour) were provided a buffet, and it smelled delicious! Things may have changed since then, but be aware, food was not provided for us.

And we definitely changed again before getting back on the bus (I remember because my son had issues and almost made us late getting back).
