Excited to be back in DVC!

Just passed ROFR on a BCV resale, feeling glad to be back in DVC. Was a member at another DVC resort but had difficulty getting reservations at 7 month window for BCV and VWL for December trip. SO, I sold that one and bought the one we really wanted, Beach Club! Looking forward to many happy vacations! My advice, buy the resort you like the best, not the current offering or the cheapest. That didn't work for me, although if you are flexible on dates, it could be different. Just couldn't stay away from DVC!

Thanks to those who gave advice and posted their experiences in buying DVC through resale. Other than the waiting, it is clearly better than buying through Disney at a higher price. Wish I was on Mainstreet USA right now!

Welcome BACK home! i'm hoping to be able to swing a BC or BW in oct at 7 months. That is where my oldest DS has his heart set on. We LOVE our home resort but really enjoying trying out all the others for now to see where we would like to purchase more points when we are ready!

Welcome home and back! Great advice about where to buy. When the place you stay is important, owning there is worth whatever it costs, IMO.
