I agree with Mickeyfan2. The thought of being trapped on a big boat in the middle of nowhere, that is as bad as being stuck in an elevator. If I could really get over the fear, then the only one I would consider is the Disney cruise so the kids could have a great time.
I've never been on a cruise but I'd like to go on one. An Alaskan cruise really appeals to me and Joe but I really don't see him sitting on a ship for any length of time though I know that there are excursions to get you off of them. I'd really like to take one with friends and/or family one day.
This one's easy! I've been dying to go on a Disney cruise! DH and I don't get to ever go away by ourselves, (ok, twice in the 17 yrs we've been married!) so this seems like a vacation that we could at least sneak away for dinner alone while they played.
They've got the 7 day Caribbean cruises back for 2009, so we'll see.

Alaska is incredible. We did one a few years ago and I am going with a friend again in Sept.
There are shore excursions you can purchase or you can walk around the ports on your own.
There is so much to do on the ships, we are always busy. And they are huge, so there is a lot of room.
