Are you a fan of log cabin houses? Not particularly. I did see a multimillion one on some home channel that I would be glad to live in.

Do you have a fire escape plan? No.

What is your most favorite pasta dish? Lasagna or manicotti. Yum.

What restaurants, coffee shops, delis, do you most frequent? More fast food that I should admit. Date night is usually wings, a better burger, or Tex-Mex.

Wood laminate.

Whoever renovated the house we rent did a poor job of removing carpets. The closets still have carpet in them as do the stairs. Everything else was replaced with some nice wood floors.

I do love Triscuits! They go with pretty much everything!

I like crackers but it's hard to find good tasting gluten free one.

Yes, especially NJ has lots of tolls. Ohio only in the north, not where I live, in the SW.
