Today while out shopping, I had seen both Halloween, and Christmas items. So todays QOTD is-

Are the stores in your area carrying holiday themed items?

We don't do postcards on vacation. I do collect them and then send them to friends throughout the year, though. Does that count?

Mostly Halloween items are popping up. Not much on Christmas yet. Soon, I imagine.

Yes I think many stores will carry them soon.

Today, I had senn Christmas wrapping paper, gift tags, lights,.... and as for Halloween items, there were costumes, decorations, and more.

Not sure. It's still mostly back to school stuff right now. Our kids don't go back until Sept 9 this year.

Right now all I have seen is Halloween candy.

I've seen only a few Halloween costumes and candy, but the school stuff is getting cleared out, so more will be showing up.

I have seen more Christmas things at Costco, but not anywhere else yet, at least that I have noticed.

I have only seen Halloween candy displays (next to the end of summer clearance stuff like pool toys, chairs, etc).

The local stores aren't, but the ones in Manhattan are. Which reminds me, time to stock up on candy corn!

My boys are looking forward to decorating for Halloween. We like to do it up big. Won't buy any candy until about a week before, though.

Do you watch Dancing with the Stars? It was revealed that Valerie Harper, and Leah Remini will be competing. Who else would you like to see compete for this upcoming season?

Ugh! No way. I'm so sick of these shows. I wish they would take them all off prime time and put them in a separate channel all to themselves

I always like watching..........no special stars. Someone I've heard of is nice.
Would like to see Tristan get a decent partner.
I am actually going on a Dancing with the Stars cruise in Jan.....not sure who the dancers will be yet.
