Say if you were to have another baby. What theme would you go along with for your baby's room?

There's no telling what a new nursery would look like considering I'm 44 years old and have been "fixed"! I would have a mental breakdown to say the least! :lmao: This does stay in the back of my mind though-I have a friend in the same boat that did get pregnant! :scared1:
With that said, I wouldn't pick a theme, but more of a color scheme: brown/pink for a girl, brown/blue for a boy!:cloud9:

Well after getting over the shock if that would be possible, I of course would do a Winnie the Pooh theme.

Patsy is there something you want to share? :cutie:

Considering that I'm 46 and have been "Fixed", it would be a shocker. Told after second child by my doc not to have anymore kids. If I were to though, it would be to do the same thing as I did with the kids room when they were born, which to hand paint an underwater theme in their room. It took me 2 years to complete, and 2 days to paint over it when we moved, and had my mom move into the place.

Probably no theme. I really didn't do one for the first two. Before James was born, we painted three walls white and wall papered the fourth with a bright rainbow print, put medium blue ruffled curtains up and a very large, quilted wall hanging of Mother Goose on the wall beside his crib. I used the same for Carol. I'd just re-paint and let it go at that for another one.

I would go with a forest animal theme or something having to do with pastel like polka dots.

Another month, and a month that kids go back to school.

Today's QOTD is-

Do you do anything special for your child's first day back to school? Or did you when your kids were going to school?

My DH goes to work a little later than normal so that we can both take them to school. And take a pic of them as well.

I teach 4K and my husband's an assistant principal at our local middle school so we have always been fortunate enough that one of us gets to go to school with our children every year! Up until now it's been my turn, but this year our DD 11 will be in the 6th grade and will go to the middle school with my DH! He's excited that it's his turn! Our DS 5 will continue to go with me to the center where I teach-thank goodness, he's my homebody and wouldn't do well if someone from the family wasn't going with him!
I always fix a special breakfast that first morning-usually waffles or french toast and DH and I take pictures with both kids!

We take a picture of my daughter with her teacher at either Open House or on the first day of school, and I always make her puppy pancakes which has become a tradition. :goodvibes

If someone were to send you a regional gift, what three things would you like to receive?

I like to get coffee mugs from their area, something unique they make (like maple syrup from Vermont), anything that is a local favorite.

If you were to recieve an arrangment either from Edible Arrangments who makes fruit kabob/chocolate dipped strawberry arrangments or from Cookies by Design who makes cookie bouquets which would you choose?

Good Morning. :)

I do not have children.

Food always food. :teeth:

The fruit arrangment, yum.

The fruit arrangement, looks yummy, but the kids would destroy it fairly quick, as they love fruit.

I've ordered from both, and although I love the look of Cookies by Design, I am not a big fan of their taste. So, I would pick Edible Arrangements as I love the fruit. :lovestruc
