Not sure if this is what you are thinking of, but they do have a program called e-ride nights. They usually run during the summer months (this summer they ran it 2-3 times a week). It is for resort guests only, who have multi-day passess. You can purchase a ticket for about $12 and there are usually about 8-10 rides open for about 3 hours after the park closes. They used to be the "e-ticket" rides, but now they have added some more popular, but less thrill-ride type attractions. The best part is, they limit the ticket sales to a certain amount each night, so the lines are typically very short. There is a section on the DIS that describes e-ride nights in more detail (what rides they have, histroical schedules). It is well worth the money. Not sure if they are considering another program that is more like EE, that is not an extra cost. E-ride nights are the only thing I am aware of. They are a blast. I remember one time at an e-ride night that I was the only person in line for space mountain and they actually made me wait a few minutes before more people came on so I wouldn;t be the only person on the ride (DW didn;t want to ride as her previous Space Mountain ride that night hurt her ribs, but she said she was cool with me riding again).
