Day 6
We awoke and it was time to get Cinderella ready for her Royal Table. We all prettied up and headed over to MK to try the long awaited meal at the castle. We arrived early enough to catch the Cinderellebration before continuing on into the castle. We had arrived 30 minutes early to make sure we were there on time. Guess what? They dont like that there. They told us to go away and come back at 10 minutes till our reservation time. Boy are they a rough crowd. So we wandered over into the gift shop and looked through all their glass and artwork. They had some really pretty artwork and figurines in the shop but the price was very pretty too! So we just looked until nearly time for our reservation. We went outside the gift shop and took pictures in front of the murals on the wall. Only one came out and she isnt smiling in the picture.
Snow White went to the desk and asked if was time for us to be back. The lady CM asked what time our reservation was for and then let us enter the castle. After we entered we were taken to have pictures with Princess Cinderella.
Then we were told to walk upstairs and into the dining room. When you arrive into the dining room they say, Welcome lady, welcome Lord, Welcome young Prince, Welcome young Princess, and other things. My dh turned to me and said should I be offended? And I said why? He said that when the Joker had walked by they said Welcome Lord but when he walked by they said Welcome King. I said, So why would you be offended by being called the King? And he said, Do you think theyre calling me old?
What to try on the menu. Everyone but me chickened out and ordered the sandwich. I ordered the Major Domo. It was actually very good. It had shredded beef, like brisket, on top of a puff pastry that was filled with mashed potatoes. After it came out, everyone was jealous. Nananana!

Shouldnt have been so chicken to try it. So while I enjoyed my lunch, they ate a sandwich with sweet potato chips. The chips werent bad, but the sandwich couldnt compare to the Majordomo. The kids tried the chicken strips and pasta. The pasta was basically spaghetti sauce over ziti. And thankfully no more meatballs.

It wasnt bad and the kids liked it better than the chicken strips. While you eat, the princesses come by to visit you. Some of these pictures didnt turn out well.
Cinderella with her Fairy Godmother
Belle with her lookalike Belle.
Snow White with her Princess
With Aurora, Sleeping Beauty.
Donald jumped out of the picture.
Bad photo of group with Snow White.
For desert we received a blueberry cupcake topped with lemon ice cream and a raspberry sauce drizzled on it. At least I think it was raspberry sauce. I didnt like the lemon ice cream on top of the blueberry taste, so I just knocked it off and ate the cupcake. My friend wouldnt eat hers until I told her to knock the ice cream off of it. She said it was too strong. She ate it after getting rid of the ice cream. The kids all received a cup of ice cream with a royal crown of chocolate on top. They were so excited.
The ice cream picture turned out ok. Hehehe. I guess the camera knew what was really important.
After more pictures and autographs it was time to leave all this royalty behind and head for a very special afternoon tea.
