I just called Disney Dining and they told me that you can not make ps's for the ESPN restaurant on the Boardwalk. Is this true?

Also, if it is true... is it hard to get into? ::MickeyMo

Yes it's true. No PS

As for crowds, it depends on when you go....if you go during a major sports event (like Sundays during the NFL season) there will be a long line.

Yes this is true...NO PS. My DH & I enjoy the food at ESPN club. The reason no PS...it isn't a Disney run restaurant. We walked in over the summer & last May. Like Bob P said if there is a big sprting event going on or a popular guest speaker...lines are long.

Enjoy! We love lunch there!

I went a few years back durng an Avs Red Wings playoff game and it wasn't much different than the espnzone here!!! Get there early and you will be fine. If no game that day/night you should really have no problem at all.

Any menu recommendations? How's the steaks? Thanks.

Hi,
Our family really loves the 'red wings' at the Zone in Orlando. I'm not sure if they call it 'Detroit Red Wings' and just 'red wings'. They're buffalo wings. I hope they are still just as good! We got them at the ESPN Zone in New York near Times Square and they just weren't as good. I also liked the seating in ORlando. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong..but isn't it kind of a horseshoe shape and there's a slightly elevated level?
We just really enjoy it.
Have fun!

It's typical "pub style" food. As long as you stick with the basics and don't order anything too fussy or fancy, you'll be fine.

Thanks, the rest of my family is not a particularly adventureous bunch. They like simple food, prepared well. Add this to the sports theming and they'll be in heaven. I'll be able to sneak in a "fancy" meal then. Have a sneaking suspicion that some restaurants try to cover up sub-par selections with sauces/gravies.
