I think life has settled down enough where i can start posting on a regular basis again Hope everyone has been doing good while i was absent. I finally finished my bachelors degree and as much as it pains me to think about it I think I am going to start my Masters program in the fall. My wife finally starts her nursing program in the fall, so in 2 years she will be done and hopefully I will be and then we can start looking into our move to the Orlando area, WOOHOO. I only have about 2 weeks left and we get to go down to Disney for a week for our 5 year anniversary. Also since i was on last my step-daughter made me a grandfather at the young age of 37 He is good, she is the problem but that is a whole other story. Hope everyone enjoyed the holiday weekend and played safe.

We had a quiet 4th--- saw high fireworks from ur back deck from several nearby towns, neighbors.

Friday, NC B and I went out to lunch and saw Star Trek.

FIL is running low on energy this past week. He was worn down between the cousins and other family visiting. He has other issues popping up.

My 3 day weekend is over


Did you all have a good weekend?
Our 4th of July was so soggy
We were stuck in the garage and under tents all afternoon - such a bummer!!!
Thank goodness the rain finally stopped so the guys could do their fireworks. We had one mishap with that though - one rocket was bad and went under my MIL's chair and blew up. She lost her hearing for awhile, and the after spray slightly burned my friends DD's armThat was not good!!!! But despite the rain, and the mishap, the party was still okay.

Yesterday was a better day.
The weather was beautiful and after I cleaned up the house, I spent the afternoon in the pool. My neighbors DD came over and swam too, and they all played so nice together, and I just layed there and floated - I really needed this float time Then I relaxed in front of the tv last night - it was great!!! I really needed this relaxation time, because the next couple of work weeks are going to be very busy and very stressful - I have a ton to do!!!!



Danauk - I hope the camping goes wellLet us know how it went.

Am I the only one getting tired of hearing about Michael Jackson's death?
I loved Michael Jackson in the 80's, and I was sad to hear of his passing, but holy cow, enough is enough!!!!
I had to get that out of my system!!!!



Well, I gotta get going so I can go to work super early - I have so much to do!!!!
I normally go to my Leads Group today, but I'm skipping it to go to work.

Hi guys, I am posting from the middle of a field (I love my iPhone!) At the moment my kids are racing go carts, this morning they had to a blindfold trail and crawl through lots of mud! Then we had to sort out getting 27 kids showered before lunch!! Next we are doing some archery.

Good morning. Nothing to report. Just wanted to check up on all of you and see what the scoop was.

I am trying to plan an Orlando trip in August. Just going to do a few days at Disney. I have the season passes and they don't start until August 13. So we will do a few days at Universal and Wet n Wild-has anyone been to that waterpark? Will do two nights at Nickalodean Hotel too. Looks like it will be just Lauren and I.

morning..wanted to stop by and say hi.. been busy sort of the past few days.. as SLO said we had rain and more rain..

Eric decided that he needed a new drum set.. ( did I post this already?)Anyway been running around with him.. he plays at the Clearwater Theater on Saturday.. so he has had lots of practices here for the show..


And the big news is I got very very tired of sharing a computer with DH.. I guess I don't share well but then neither does he.. so i looked and looked and looked for weeks now but finally went and bought myself a $400 laptop with 4 gb RAM and a 320 hard drive.. it has Vista but is upgradable to Windows 7 for free.. so last night we set it up .. so I am back at my desk, not sharing the computer room with the boys, ..

Hi everyone, remember me??? I know it's been about forever since I last posted here. I've been meaning to stop by and catch up, but computer time is limited lately - just too much going on with the kids and exhaustion sets in once they're in bed.

OF is doing well. He says hi, too.

Ian and Sophia are growing like weeds. I thought I'd share some of the digi layouts I've done of them recently.

(I participated in a digi designer challenge back in the spring and everything used in the creation of this page I made for it.)

FIL called us back and he sounds a lot better than he did during the weekend. He was tired, but wanted to talked for a little bit. He said that the past month was like a lot of his dreams coming true (his favorite Irish cousins visiting, all of his sons and the grandkids spending time, celebrating 4 close couples' 50th anniversaries, and so on).

I gotta share how much I love my neighbors - I think I've spoken of them before.
I had to work until 7pm (actually I was at work since 8am - a long day), and when I came home no one was home. I called Kevin and asked him where he was and he said on a call (FD). I asked if our girls were with him, and he said they were next door. I asked how long they had been there, and he said since 3:45pm I asked him if he had called her, and he said no, because her DH was with him (he's on the FD too). So I rushed next door, and here the girls are sitting at her kitchen table eating dinner - I felt so bad. But she assured me that it was okay, and she was happy to help. I am SO BLESSED to have them as neighbors - I just love them - they are just wonderful wonderful people!!!!!


Did anyone watch the Michael Jackson memorial last night?
I was flipping channels last night, and saw that it was on, and I watched for a short while. Even though I am SO tired of hearing about Michael Jacksons death, I would have liked to watch more of that memorial. Maybe I can catch it online (like I have time to watch it ) I am glad to hear that I'm not the only one tired of hearing about all this, and I hope that after the media talks about it today, that it was start to end.


I have another very busy day at work today - alot of work came in for me to do during the month of July. One highschool brought in 40 items, a company has brought in 45 items (more is coming on Thur), another highschool brought in 6 items, and I may be doing about 25 items for Stephanie's school. I have all this, plus the everyday people's things that come in the door. This is a very good month for me!!!!
