This episode is pretty darn great so far.

I have already laughed, cried, and felt like I was on a rollercoaster. Classic ER and I hope they have ratings through the roof tonight!

The retrospective is reminding me how good this show used to be... and how far away it is from that now.

I think this season is much better than the last 2 or 3. The first 10 rocked.
