I am soooooo excited about this.....mixed emotions though.
Remember it starts at 8pm with a look back and then the 2 hour finale at 9!!!!

It is going to be very sad tonight. I hope it has a good ending, and it leaves everyone in a nice place in there life. I will so miss watching it every Thursday night. What will we all do? :sad1:

7 pm Central time!

I watched it pretty faithfully for the first 4 years or so, but after most of the original cast left, I lost interest.

Every now and then I would pop in again, but I didn't stay with it like I used to. Until the last half of this season.

When many of the original cast made their cameos, I started watching again. And yes, I will be watching tonight.

I have watched faithfully since the second season. It has been my favourite show for years.

I will really miss it but am looking forward to tonight. It looks like it will really be a finale worth the 3 hours!

I've watched the show all the way through so while I'm somewhat excited about tonight's episode, it's also really sad :sad1:

I'm curious to see how they'll end the the show though. I really enjoyed last week's episode with the heart camp for kids. This season especially I've really come to love Morris. I never thought he could carry the show when all of the others were leaving, but it hasn't been bad at all.

Don't forget the one hour ER Retrospective before the finale!

yes, I've come to like Morris too. I like that he has a relationship that makes him human and not an idiot like they made him out to be in the earlier episodes.
I'll be crying too.

It will be bad

I watch for the first 10-12 years. Have only watched a few episodes since around the time Abby and Luca got married. How long ago was that? I kept thinking I was going to watch again this season with all the old cast members returning, but just never did.

I will be watching tonight though. I'm DVRing and DH and I will watch together when he gets home at 9:30.

:sad2: Oh it's going to be so sad to see it go off the air. I hope my boyfriend George Clooney :rotfl2: will be on again tonight.

I won't be sad to see it go, wasn't really a fan. However, I can see why others will be upset to see it go; I mean you faithfully tune in year after year follow characters and story lines all along knowing that at some point it's gotta end and when that time comes you're a little sad. It's almost like losing a little piece of you.

Cheer up tho, there's always box dvd sets and you can start over from the begining; that's what I did when my beloved Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman left the air. This past holiday season my husband bought me the final 2 seasons to complete my collection of the entire show. Now, I can watch whenever I want.

I've been watching since the beginning too. Definitely mixed emotions about tonight, but really looking forward to it!! I'm sad to see it go but, like everyone else, interested to see how they end it. I was sooooo glad Neela went to be with Ray!! Can't help but hope that gates and Sam work it out.

I agree about Morris. He was such a pig in the beginning but he has really grown up and become likeable.

I haven't been so sad to see a tv show end since MASH went off the air. I have been a fan of ER from day one. I have watched every episode, including the really not so good years. I just hope that they leave us on a good note. DVR is all set for recording NBC tonight.

Is it just me or does Noah Wylie look too young to be a in these old clips?

The retrospective is reminding me how good this show used to be... and how far away it is from that now.

I don't know, since John Stamos joined, it has been a lot better. I love him because he is a HUGE Disney fan.

Makes me miss mark. AND why didnt they get some more of the old nuress to speak? They missed my favorite eppisode. I miss the old days :((

Rewatching the scenes from his death definitely made me tear up. Oh how I loved Mark Greene. :sad1:

I thought the trip back through the past 15 years was great, now it's time for the last one.:sad::sad:
