Well so far I can say I'm not disappointed in the final episode. I'm kinda glad they decided to end the series, I think if they decided to go one it would have ruined how good it was.

I thought it was good .. but they could have ended it with the George Clooney episode a few weeks ago. I thought that one was much better.

I completely agree. Not only the "Dr. Green" comment, but also the fact that it doesn't really end. It never does for an emergency room.

I liked the episode. I thought the ending was appropriate. The whole episode was about the cycle of life. Birth, death, and the drama in between. The drama that was ER is dead, but they left us knowing that the characters will forever be doing what they do best and that the cycle will always keep going.

Really enjoyed it. Nice to see some of the old faces in with the new . Nice way to finsh it off. Well done. I like the Dr. Green part too. That was really well done to bring her back.
I am going to miss the show.

I thought it was the perfect ending, with the theme in the background .. even though I liked the episode from a few weeks better, how tonight's show ended is exactly how the show should have ended ..

Loved Frank's reaction when she told him who she was

Did anyone else feel like some of the interactions between the older characters a bit forced. Loved seeing them all again, but I thought it was a bit awkward.
