Epcot's Interactive Mural?

I've seen pics and reviews of participating in the Interactive Mural, but I don't know the logistics. Where do you go to do it? Is there a fee? How long does it take? Thanks for any insights!!

It's free,you get in a line,they give you a tiny plastic container with a certain color of paint and a number in the top of the container as well as a tiny edging brush.You go to the mural and color in up to 5 spaces in the mural with the number that matches the number of your paint.If everyone does what they're supposed to the mural should look like what the design is supposed to look like.
