Epcot to MK

9/4 -- we plan to hop from Epcot via the monorail to MK. We have 230 lunch at Tony's, so I can't be late. On the other hand, I don't want to be too early because there is not much to do in the front of the park.

What time do I need to be leaving Epcot..meaning walking through the gates towards the monorail?

I need to walk to the monorail, wait for it to arrive, travel to MK, switch monorails, walk to security, go through security.

Does 1pm sound right?

You should be fine walking through the gates an hour before the ADR
(Of course Epcot is very large, so it can take a while to walk to the gates)

That website is horribly inaccurate. Why would the boat would be six minutes quicker than the monorail?

An hour should be fine. Monorails are frequent and security lines should be light at that time of day. Tony's is right at the front too, so no rush.

It's not a perfect resource .. But I'm not aware of a better one.
