Epcot Seas Aqua Tour

Has anyone done the Epcot Seas Aqua Tour? I've done the DiveQuest tour. How do the two differ? I read that the Aqua Tour has 30 minutes in the water, but you need no certification. Are you snorkeling? Is this tour good? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

My husband and 8 yr old daughter did this in October! They really enjoyed it. It is about a 2 1/2 hr tour with 30 minutes in the tank. It is just snorkeling, no diving. Everyone gets a t-shirt and a group photo. It is kind of pricey at $100 per person, but we were able to get 15% off with our APs.
