Has there ever been an EPCOT After hours Event? If not, is it possible to get an 'after 5', 'after 12pm' or similar 1/2 day park pass? Would we be better off park hopping?
Our family is considering a pre-cruise Sunday at Disney (ship departs Monday morning). The only 'new to us' things are at EPCOT - Remi and Guardians of the Galaxy. As non-drinkers we usually skip this park, so spending half a day or an After Hours event would enough. Is that possible? Would it make more sense to get a one-day ticket just to park hop over to EPCOT to try the two new rides? We can always spend time at Magic Kingdom, but there isn't anything new for us there.
I'm assuming I'll need to get Genie + and use the ILL for Guardians and Remi. So it would be the cost of a one day ticket ($143) with Genie+ ($15) and any ILL ($11) possibly times two (total of $169pp or $180) or we could do park hoppers ($206) with Genie+ ($15) and any ILL ($11) possibly times two (total of $232pp or $243). After hours would, oddly enough, be the cheapest option ($129/$139pp) but will that option even be a choice?
