Epcot Dessert Party

I see a few things about the Epcot dessert party already posted on here. I found the menu with the prices and options, but I can't seem to find something that has all of the other prices. I saw that it's about $13.00/ person to get into Epcot if they don't have a pass already. What about the different spaces? How much is it to just rent out an specific area? How much have others payed for extras like decor? I see there is a 500 minimum for food and drinks. Is there another minimum to meet? Thanks so much!

Hi there! I just got a quote from my wedding planner. We are having a DP at UK Upper Terrace the night of our wedding. There is a $250 venue fee and a fee of $85 for set-up. Also, if guests don't have park passes, then there is a "viewing fee" so they can get into EPCOT and attend the DP--a guide walks them to the party. I have decided to skip decor, just to save a little extra $$$. Hope this helps!

14 Illuminations Viewing Fee @ 12.95 193.08

1 Venue Pkg 213.00

16 Custom Menu @ 32.00 659.79

1 Outdoor Set up Fee @ 85.00 90.53

1 Small Party Service Fee @50.00 50.00

1 Mini Motorcoach Charter @ 435.75 435.75

Total: 1645.40

We are also having the cylinder vases with LED lights and Mickey confetti and glitter. 4 @ 19.00 for a total of 76.00

Every venue has a different food and beverage minimum. It is not a flat $500. There are oodles of threads on this board with complete pricing information on IllumiNations and Fantasmic! dessert parties. If the DIS search engine is being buggy, which happens a lot, type your keywords into Google along with the phrase "site:disboards.com"
