Epcot-Coca Cola Tasting

My fiance actually LIKED the Beverly. I didn't mind it. We had a bunch of that watermelon stuff too.

I remember more than just one that was pretty vile! We made sure to only put a very small amount in the cup the first time. It reduces the amount of liquid to fly through the air during the spit-take! :rotfl:

Look it up on a map and make sure you get there! Its a fabulous little stop!!

We've been twice and I don't remember ever seeing Club Cool!!!! How am I missing it? We've been all through Innoventions several times, or at least I thought we had LOL!

It's not in Innoventions. It's nearby. It's off to the side abit and across the walkway I guess you could say to get to it. We almost missed it the first time we were there.

It is in Innoventions (West.)

My kids really like the Chinese Watermelon stuff. They don't remember which one it is, though. Every year they ask, "Dad, which soda do we like." I smile and say, "This one" as I point to the Beverly.

Have the flavors changed since June of '09? I don't remember a "Beverly" but my memory is pretty awful...

As far as I recall, Beverly was a charter member of this cadre of beverages since the place first opened as "Ice Station Cool" many years ago.

Ha ha... My DD7 and I went to Coca Cola in Atlanta so we already knew about the Beverly. She tells me all the Coke from every where else tastes like "Yuck".

Thanks! I'll just chalk it up to my famous so-called-memory! :)

OTOH, it's also quite possible that they were just OUT of Beverly when you were there.

That seems to happen to many of their beverages from time-to-time (far too often in some cases.)

Rumor has it that they couldn't sell it in Italy, so all the remaining syrup was shipped to Epcot, and the supply has lasted almost 30 years... :)

Robo, do they still refer to that particular building as Innoventions, if ever? The two exhibit buildings on either site are obviously, but their opposites have generally been food/shops...

There are other exhibits that come and go in the South sections of those buildings (at least in "West",) both now, and back when they were called "Communicore."

Back in the 1990's the south end of "East" offered the "Person of the Century" poll.

I love the Krest ginger ale. It's very refreshing on a hot summer day for some reason. It I had a canteen I'd fill it up with the stuff!

I also liked it when it was an igloo and there was snow/ice all around. The frozen cave man was also "cool." :lmao:

The drinks never get old. In fact, my 2 teenage boys try "it" every year--just in case it got better!!:rotfl2::rotfl2:

I haven't drank anything carbonated in 5 years. Can't wait to see my mother's face when she tastes Beverly though.

Wow, that sounded dirty.

Oh we go to Epcot just to go to Club Cool sometimes. I know it might sound pathetic, but it's not just free soda for us, it's a whole experience, but then again we are big people watchers too. :lmao:

Club Cool was one of my favorite attractions back when we first went to Disney!
Cannot wait to go again during our upcoming trip!
