EPCOT 10PM Closing? Wind Down?

On Sun Nov 9, EPCOT closes at 10PM. Does anyone know why it is open an hour later than normal that night? It is also the last night of the EPCOT Wind Down and we were hoping to check it out. Everything says "after Illuminations from 9:20PM - 11PM." What happens when Illuminations is over at 10:20PM? Does it go 'til 12AM or does it still end at 11PM?

Side note - Has anyone done the Wind Down at Spice Road Table or Rose and Crown? All the reviews I found were on La Cava and Tutto Gusto and both of those are not available that night.

Epcot closes at 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays during the Food & Wine Festival. However, Saturday November 8 is the Wine and Dine Marathon so they may have moved the late closing to Sunday. (They must have changed it because the last time I looked it was still at 9, and the DIS still has it at 9)

I have no idea if they still let you stay longer than 11. But I'm not sure how long I'd want to walk around with everything closed anyway.
