Headed down end of Dec. We have an RV so we don't need a hotel. Interested in hearing how others have saved with the book.:D

If you're not using it for hotels or rental cars, there may or may not be things you would be interested in..

I received my Orlando 2004 book recently and I'm very disappointed with it - BUT - it all depends on what kind of savings you're looking for..

I'm up at the lake right now so I don't have it here with me, but if you could be more specific about your needs/wants, I'll be happy to look in my book for you when I get home on Monday..;)

There's a Bennigan's coupon that we will use on our Dec trip. Also, Jungle Jim's is a good one which is real close to the DD Disney resorts. There's a restaurant at the Wide World of Sports on Disney's property that's ok. There are few places at the various DD resorts where you can get a coupon deal, too. There's a $5 off coupon for Planet Hollywood at DD if you spend $20. There are a few mini golf places we use with coupons. The best part for us is a restaurant at Portofino at Universal.

It doesn't provide great savings for us but we still get more then what we pay for the book. I'm satisfied.

We bought the book and did not end up using a single coupon despite marking in advance the things we'd like to try.

I purchased the 2004 book and am also very disappointed. I am hoping to use enough savings to get my $30 back but i will have to work at it. It wanted to use it for discounts at Universal and car rentals. If you do any internet searching you can get much better deals than using the coupons and discounts offered by the book. I am hoping that we will be able to use the restaurant coupons and save some $ that way. Cathy

We bought the book for $10 after seeing it advertised on Mousesavers. For us, getting the entertainment rate at Hard Rock Hotel and the coupons for National Car Rental have saved us a total of $450, and we haven't even left home yet. We are going to try and use some of the restaurant coupons. In my opinion, if you use even one of the "buy one entree, get one free" coupons, you have recouped the cost of the book.

If you got the book for $10 then you must be talking about the 2003 edition - correct? From what I understand, that book was much, MUCH better than the new 2004 - in terms of actual discounts - and had many, many more coupons to choose from..

With the 2004 book, if you're not looking for sit-down restaurant coupons then the savings really isn't there because so many of the offerings can be had elsewhere (newspapers, magazines, internet sites, etc.) for FREE.. :(
