Entertainment Book,please Help!!!

I want to get the orlando entertainment book.The question I have is for the United coupons can you use them for air travel to other states other than Fla?

I happen to have my book here in front for Houston. The United coupons state "You must begin your travel in and fly to a destination within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or Canada."
