Entertainment book National coupon code

Can anyone tell me what the coupon codes are that involve a 5 day rental? (free day/ etc.) I know I need the actual coupon to get the rate - if I can get a good discount I will buy the book. I'm not traveling until December and all the coupons expire at the end of April on National's website.

The coupons in the Entertainment book include the following:

FREE Weekend Day - Three day minimum rental (Sat night required)
FREE Double Upgrade
$20 OFF Weekend Rental - Three day minimum (Sat night required)
$40 OFF 10-Day Rental
FREE DAY w/5-Day Rental - requires a Sat night
$20 OFF Weekly Rental - 5 day minimum (Sat night required)

The coupons do not expire until June 30, 2011.
