Enjoy a Bigger Budget with Rewards from QuickRewards.net - Help Inside

PumpkinQueen, thanks much for the kind words! I hope you continue to enjoy our site and we're glad to have you with us! If you have any questions or if I can help you in any way, please let me know!

hippsmom, good question -- I'll check and find out! I don't mean to pry but it might help if I knew exactly which product it was. If you don't mind sharing, please send me a PM, otherwise I'll see if I can get a generic answer for you. My thought is that if it doesn't specifically say that it's a waitlist item, it should credit, but I don't want to tell you wrong!

Becky, I have a question about surveys. I receive several e-mail notifications daily and, for the most part, have no trouble. Some work, some say not available in my area.

But this GlobalTestMarket is driving me insane! The links keep bringing up "join now" type webpage. I'm already a member. I cannot see a "sign in or login" at this screen. And if I type the address in manually, sign in, and then click on the e-mail link once more - it just takes me back to the "join now" webpage.

How do I get this fixed?

It all adds up, but if you notice I did say I try to get 2-3 surveys completed. Those pay more, obviously, but sometimes it's a lean day and the supplements help the total.

Good call. I shouldn't understate the "mindless" click stuff.

$0.140 -- 14 links in the three "QuickRewards Network: mm/dd Survey Opportunity 1/2/3" emails
$0.010 -- clicking on the one "QuickRewards: mm/dd/yy Balance Booster Opportunities"
$0.010 -- clicking on the "Daily Click $0.01 to visit" on the QuickRewards.net homepage
$0.005 -- Answering Trivia for 50 QP, i.e. half a cent
$0.022 -- Clicking on the Daily Clicks that give you QP, which total around 220 QP
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
$0.187 per day, taking about 5 minutes plus any time you actually spend at the clicks.

Say you remember to do these things 300 days per year. That's $56.10 per year, without filling out a single survey.

I'm totally in love with this site. I cashed in on 1/24 for a $50 WDW gift card :cool1::banana::yay:
Question--when will it ship out? and how long before it arrives? I mean do they go out certain times of the month, etc

Thanks

Another question Becky. I was filling out a survey and received this message:

We’re sorry! It looks like your experience with the video was not of a sufficient standard for us to be able to accept your feedback. We’ll continue striving to improve video quality and appreciate your participation.

Never been told a survey would not accept my feedback before. :confused3 I gave my honest opinion about the movie clip. If they don't want negative reviews - they shouldn't ask. :rotfl:

In any case, the survey was worth .80 cents. Will I still receive it? (48664)

I had the exact same thing happen to me :(

It was post marked 1/27 and it was in my po box yesterday 1/30
Thanks for sending it sooo fast. :)

Howdy, all!

hippsmom, I contacted our QVC rep and didn't get a response for a couple of days, so I did some Googling on my own and it sounds like pre-orders, like Wait List items, are exempt from cash back. If you want to hold off on ordering until after it's in stock and shipping, that would ensure that there aren't any issues. Thanks! And again, sorry for the delay in getting a firm answer!

Disney Addicted, are you a member of Global's panel already? If so, it may be finding a cookie that's confusing it and prompting you to log in. Please try deleting your cookies or using a different browser than what you usually use for Global and that should (fingers crossed!) fix the issue! Let me know if it doesn't, please!

Also, Disney Addicted and ChelleyB, about that video... please email support or submit a ticket and we'll make sure you get paid for it! That's such a strange message. No idea what was up with that. I apologize for the frustration...even though we didn't program the survey, we hate for our members to go through the trouble of trying to give their honest opinions and then have it tell you something like that!

cajunbaby1, glad you got your GC! For future reference or for anyone else wondering: we process snail-mailed gift cards once a week, usually mid-week. Add on a couple of days for shipping time and that'll give you an idea of how long it should be. For example, if you cash out on a Monday and we ship out on a Wednesday, you could have it by Saturday or the following Monday, just depending on Ye Olde Postal Service. ;)

Appreciate all the comments and questions! Thanks for showing the QR love!

Sorry - I think I was not clear. Whenever I click on the survey link and I am brought to their panel - it brings me to a sign UP webpage. After a few weeks I finally thought perhaps I *had* to sign up in order for the links to work & receive the surveys. So, I signed up.

However, the survey links from Quickrewards still bring me to global's sign UP webpage. Not a sign IN page. Or the survey that it should.

If it feels that I do not qualify for the survey (being in Canada) - it does not even inform me. Just keeps asking me to sign UP over and over again.

Thanks for looking into this. I do appreciate it. There seems to be a high number of surveys coming from this company and I never get a chance to qualify because of this.

Thank you. I opened a ticket for the first time and submitted it.

Well, I'm afraid my good intentions same off to a bad start. I believe I only ended up spending about 2 weeks daily on surveys from quickrewards for the month of January. Still, I ended up with $5.40. It's hard for Canadians to qualify for surveys!

For February I vow to click on every e-mail link, plus do the daily clicks & videos & trivia & guess # and see how much I receive.

Thanks Becky. I opened this ticket this morning, explained what happened, gave them the info about the video I gave you - and they have credited my account already. :thumbsup2

Glad to hear you got your video credit quickly after submitting the ticket!

I talked to Dmitry about the Global issue and he wanted to know if you had tried the clearing cookies/cache thing before going to QR (or to your emails) to attempt a Global survey. Even though I misunderstood what it was doing, this could still help fix the problem. Dmitry says it's his understanding that Canadian members are welcome to complete Global's surveys, so the only thing he can think of is that it's cookie-related.

I'm going to Facebook now to ask if any other members have had this happen to them. Will let you know what I find out!

Are you on our FB page? We post hints there for Guess My Number, the shopping blog posts also post there, and sometimes I'll post a freebie or two!

I tried looking for the FB page yesterday (after reading this) but could not find it. Could you direct me please?

I go into my internet options and delete everything under "browsing history" fairly often. And I have tried that and immediately clicking on the link again but it never works.

This is what happens. This morning I received survey links via e-mail. One for "samplicio router special" and another for "mainstream survey router US". When I click on the links, this is the webpage they take me to:

https://www.globaltestmarket.com/gt...ntent=join2-E&utm_term=join2-E&redirect=false

SnapDollars is another one that refuses to show me a survey. Just a sign up page over and over again. I'll get links for surveys such as (MyView Daily Router Email - received today - says 0.65 cents for completed survey) and yet the link takes me to a sign up page.

Hi, Disney Addicted! Our Facebook page is here:

http://www.Facebook.com/QuickRewards

I asked if anyone else had problems with Global Test Market and several Canadian members said they were getting the same page you were. So... it looks like that's the most likely culprit, especially given that you're already clearing your cookies.

I'm sorry -- I wish the news was better!

I'm having issues with surveys crediting to my account. I have about 10 survey that are in question. I know they all didn't credit. I looked at my offer history but I can't tell which ones have credited.

Other than this issue i LOVE quick rewards. I have earned over $100 since November!

Hi, cbnaquin! (You're from Louisiana, too? Howdy, neighbor!)

When surveys don't credit, it's almost always a cookie issue. If you clear your cookies before going to QR to attempt surveys, or before going to your email to attempt from there, that will fix 99% of the crediting problems.

I spoke with a member who said, "...but I clear cookies every night!" She didn't understand that, if you do that, but if first thing in the morning you go to another site to do surveys BEFORE you go to QR, that other site's cookie will now be on your machine, interfering with QR's receiving credit.

So the order is, 1) clear cookies, 2) go to QR or to QR's emails to attempt surveys. Nothing in-between, at least nothing survey-related!

Now if you're still doing that, non-crediting could be because the time frame for posting just hasn't passed yet. Surveys don't credit instantly. Some don't credit over the weekends. Others only credit "in 3 to 5 days" which generally means on Mondays.

Last possible cause: non-crediting could be due to a technical issue on the part of the survey company. If you'll email us with the router name and the date you attempted it, we'll manually credit you (for up to 5 a month).

Many of our diehard survey takers keep a log of which router (or which targeted survey number) they attempted and on which date. Then they can check it off as it credits...or if it doesn't, they'll have the info we need to give you a manual credit. And these non-crediting tickets also help us on the backside to notice patterns like, "Wow, a whole bunch of people are complaining that Daily Router X isn't crediting, we need to contact them to get this fixed."

That is VERY rare, though. It's almost always a cookie problem, particularly when the member says that multiple routers aren't crediting (or that the same one doesn't credit, day in and day out).

I hope this helps get you crediting again! If you have any other questions or if I can help in any other way, please don't hesitate to reach out. It looks like you're also a newbie to the DIS -- welcome!

I'm from south Louisiana - you too?

It probably is a cookie issue bc I never clear them. I have saved the surveys that didn't credit. Can I email quickrewards about getting credited or do I just lose those surveys? Some of the survey are from last Monday - does it take that long to credit?

Thanks so much for all of your help!

Hi, Crystal! I'm from just outside of Baton Rouge, so not FAR south Louisiana but more south than North!

Numbered surveys (those that don't come from a router but just have a weird number and sometimes letter identifier) usually credit once a week, on Mondays. So if you took one of those last Monday, it probably missed the deadline to credit last week, and it wouldn't be unusual to still be waiting on credit for it.

Otherwise they should have credited by now I think. I'm not sure what the max is that QR will give you credit for at once; I know they won't give you the full month's worth (5 total) of manual credit in one day because there's something in the terms that says if you notice things aren't crediting you're supposed to stop attempting them until you get with support to trouble-shoot. The limit's there because QR is only paid when surveys auto-credit (they pay us and we pay the member at the exact time). So manual credits are done at a loss to us... though we're happy to do it to an extent, just not the extent that we go outta business, ya know? ;)

I'd submit a ticket with the ones that you're sure you're missing, and ask support to talk to Becky about this ticket, and that you're cbnaquin on the DISboards, and I'll tell them the situation.

Definitely get those cookies cleared, though! There are some very easy how-to videos on YouTube for Firefox or IE walking you through it step by step. That should fix your problem! (fingers crossed)

Thanks for the FB link! I'll just keep on trying with the surveys. Thanks for looking into it for me.

Ahh, I was not aware of that either. I will start doing that and see if I start getting access to more surveys. Thanks!
