Enjoy a Bigger Budget with Rewards from QuickRewards.net - Help Inside

Everything sounds good to me... the surveys sound no different than other rewards programs where you have to answer a bunch of questions to see if you are what they are looking for first before you actually take the full survey. I belong to many other rewards programs with surveys and more often than not, spend a lot of time answering questions only to find out that I don't qualify. It's all part of the process! Every once in a while you will get ones that you qualify for and get your little bit of money for your time... I think of it as something fun to do in spare time - not really as an income and I don't track how much time I have actually put into earning a $1 :-) In the end it's always worth it when you get your Paypal credits or Gift Cards - when you use those you don't think about the time that has gone into it! You think about the cool things you get to buy instead!

Hey Becky--every morning for the past two weeks I've gotten an email for the GMI Daily Survey. I click on the link and each and every time it immediately comes up--Thanks for your interest, a survey isn't currently available.

Very frustrating and one of the reasons people get aggravated at the site. I've sent it back to you guys over and over and it still happened this morning. What's up with this?

Yeah, I totally agree. If you work out an hourly wage, it's not great, lol. But at the same time, I'll sit here with my laptop each night while watching tv and go through the surveys and such. Ive been doing it less than a month and already up to $50 so that's pretty awesome! They are extremely good about fixing true issues, like going through a full survey (not the prequalify part) and getting an error.

Hi, bpesch! We get that question a lot -- in fact I answered it on our post in the Disney Rewards section of DISboards just a few days ago. This is almost always an issue with cookies. If you clear your cookies before you click through our emails or visit our site, this should fix the problem. It only takes a second to do once you know how!

Here are some great videos to explain step by step how to clear cookies if you, or anyone else reading here, weren't sure how to do it:

For IE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LKTPncO-0_g

For Firefox: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OukBlXfOP8Y

Please give this a try and see if it helps! If not, we may need to do some more trouble-shooting with you, so please email me directly so we can work on this one-on-one: becky@quickrewards.net

Hi, Bonniec! I appreciate your testimonial! We really do try hard at customer service, and you are doing GREAT with your earnings! I do the same thing -- work on surveys while I'm watching TV. I figure it's like getting paid to watch the TV! LOL!

Any other questions, problems, or concerns? I'm always happy to help! Post them here in a comment, or (quickest way to find me) email me at becky@quickrewards.net. Thanks for giving QR a try!

In addition to what Becky has already said I find I have more success going straight through the website than going through the e-mails... just as easy but seems to work better for me :)

Few questions...

The Daily Video Watch: Do you get points everyday even if you've seen the video the previous day? My videos are the same all the time.

The Daily Clicks: Do you just have to click on the website or do you actually have to interact with it for a certain amount of time? Some of them say to interact but I'm not sure for how long or exactly what you have to do (sign up for something, etc.) ?

The Surveys: If you don't qualify for a survey and it takes you to an affiliate website, do you still get points for doing those surveys or should you quit after the first one if you don't qualify? Because they can go on and on and on and I'm not sure if I'm getting points or if I'm just wasting time.

I'm only at $3.36 and I've been doing this for over a week now... I just can't seem to rack up big bucks... I'd be happy with $1 a day... K, I think tha's it for now. Thanks!

Great explanation, unfortunately not true. I clear my cookies out regularly and each and every morning that particular survey site says the same thing. Happened again this morning. I actually just went in and cleared cookies and the same thing happens--Thanks for your interest, a survey isn't currently available.

Hi, bpesch! I'm glad you persisted on this because I spoke with Dmitry (my boss) today, and you're 100% right: this advice (while good) will not impact the response you're getting from the GMI panel.

GMI is testing out a new system which stores members' profile information and can automatically tell when you visit their site whether there is anything available that you might potentially match up for based on your past answers. This saves the survey participant time from having to enter their gender, age, education, etc., every single time they visit the site. Pretty neat! And thank you for setting me straight on this one! :)

Great questions, budafam! I don't want to give you the wrong answers (again! lol), so let me double-check with Dmitry and I'll get back with you asap!

Thanks so much for the kind words, 3dog2kidmom!

Budafam, I do finally have some answers for you! Sorry it took me a bit -- I was playing catch-up from being out last week for the one week a year that I volunteer at my daughter's school... then Dmitry's been out at a conference this week. I wanted to be sure the answers I gave you were right because shopping is really my forte' and I didn't want to tell you the wrong thing! :)

Q: The Daily Video Watch: Do you get points everyday even if you've seen the video the previous day? My videos are the same all the time.

A: Usually they only credit once, but ideally they should disappear once you've done them. If they don't, it may be an offer and not a video. Dmitry suggests checking your balance and if you don't see the video credit the second day you watch it, just avoid it from that day on.

Q: The Daily Clicks: Do you just have to click on the website or do you actually have to interact with it for a certain amount of time? Some of them say to interact but I'm not sure for how long or exactly what you have to do (sign up for something, etc.) ?

A: You're not expected to sign up for anything on the clicks. The advertiser is looking for traffic that at least does some action on their website - if it's visiting another page on their website, doing a search for a local business (in the case of Local.com), checking your horoscope or local weather, etc. If our members just do the click without interacting at all, the advertiser may pull us entirely.

Q: The Surveys: If you don't qualify for a survey and it takes you to an affiliate website, do you still get points for doing those surveys or should you quit after the first one if you don't qualify? Because they can go on and on and on and I'm not sure if I'm getting points or if I'm just wasting time.

A: For almost every survey router it's okay to continue (Daily Survey Router USA is one that we've noted on QR as an exception), but just to be sure, I always recommend that people close the window and re-click the link to try another survey.

These were great questions, budafam, and I thank you for asking them because others may have wondered the same things! Again, I apologize for the delay in getting back with you. If you have any other questions, please let me know!

How do the offers work? Like the PetCareRX. I need to order Heartguard for my dog and it's at a highly discounted price. Then it gives 6% cash back (i think) and 60/$ quick points. How are they changed over to the cash you can redeem? and you order it directly from the site how does it report back to Quick rewards that you purchased something?

Hi, kirrby! Ah...a shopping question -- my favorite part of QR! :)

You can earn cash back to your QR account by shopping through the links on our website to over a thousand participating merchants, including PetCareRX!

By going to QR first, and clicking through OUR link to whereever you're shopping, you're activating a tracking link that gives QR sales commission for sending them the potential shopper. We share that sales commission with our members in the form of cash back. You're right -- if you went directly to PetCareRX.com (or any other store), that store would have no way of knowing that you're a QR member and they wouldn't give us sales commission to share with you.

I looked at our details on PetCareRX, and you are correct, you'll earn 6% cashback and 60 tokens per dollar. However, our details on this merchant include a note that prescription medications are not eligible for cashback.

I wasn't sure if Heartgard would be considered a "prescription medication," so I went to their website and sure enough, it's marked with a note "Rx Requires Prescription." :(

I checked and it's not sold by EntirelyPets, Petco, or Petsmart (at least not online). Pet Care Choice sells it (also with 6% cashback) but it's about 20% more expensive than PetCareRX. If you spend over $100, you can use coupon code FALLCARE for 15% off your order. But in this particular case, it probably just makes more sense to shop through PetCareRX without cashback.

You asked about how the cashback process works -- within a few hours to a few days of shopping through one of our links, the merchant credits us with the sales commission and your portion is automatically credited to your QR account, just like the money you earn from surveys, watching videos, etc. And you can cash it out immediately, just like the other ways to earn on QR.

This is something that makes QR unique: other cashback sites hold your money in a "pending" state until after the deadline has passed for people to return their items to the store for a refund. The reason is that people could make bogus orders, get the cashback, then return the products to the store. When something's returned, the merchant reverses our sales commission... so we would be in the hole. Unlike other cashback sites, we assume people are honest. We just ask our members to let us know if they had to return something so we can adjust their cashback. And you know what? Almost every time, our members DO let us know. People ARE honest. Those that aren't, only burn us once, though! "Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice..." ;)

Anyway! I hope that answered your questions! Please let me know if you have any others! I'm sorry that PetCareRX won't offer commission / cashback on prescription meds. They do have great prices, though!

It answered my questions. It sucks that they dont accept commission on it.

I have another question about the Hotels. If you book under a military discount (but follow the link given through Quick Rewards) do you still get the cash back on the rate booked?

Hi, kirrby! I know, it stinks that they exclude prescriptions from commissions -- I mean, their name is PetCareRX! :(

I'm fairly sure that choosing a military rate wouldn't interfere with cashback, but if you can tell me which travel site you were considering, I can contact them to confirm -- we can take this discussion private if you'd prefer to send me a private message here or email me at becky (at) quickrewards.net.

is there a way to keep track of what surveys I have done? I can't do the same survey more than once, right? I was able to complete two surveys today but I don't remember which ones they were, do they disappear off the website once I've done them?

Hi, CandleontheWater! We don't get notification from the survey router that you've completed a survey until, in many cases, the following day, so we have no way of knowing that you completed a survey to remove it from the list of available opportunities. Most members either use a spreadsheet or keep track in a notebook as they complete each survey. This is also very useful in the event that a survey doesn't credit - with a record of which router you completed and on which day, you can contact support to request manual credit.

Hope this helps!

Hi, Wolfie68! Thank you for your interest in QuickRewards.net!

If you cash out for PayPal, there is no minimum balance required. You can cash out with as little as $.01 and you can cash out every day! We pay within 72 hours, but most often every day.

If you request gift cards, it depends on the card. Amazon and KFC start at $5, and so does Walmart, but WM is one of the few cards that we have to tack on $.50 shipping for, so really I guess it's $5.50.

Other cards are $10 and up.

Please let me know if you have any other questions -- hope to have you as a member soon!

Hi Becky,

Ok, I joined, in looking over the shopping blog, the link for famous footwear doesn't work :(
