Enjoy a Bigger Budget with Rewards from QuickRewards.net - Help Inside

So I first posted on Sept 18th and said I would give this program a chance. Up until now I have earned a grand total of .......$12....in about 6-8 weeks. I am still very disappointed with this scam. I hit every survey in every email I am sent and I get about 6 a day. I have not been able to take an actual survey in over a week.

I am consistently told that the surveys are either not available in my area or they are closed. They are very UNinterested in opinions from Canada. On one survey from today I was asked for my Postal Code.....I was told it was not a real Postal Code.......I've live at my address for 40 years and it's the ONLY Postal Code we have ever had....I think I know if it's correct or not. I re-typed it 4 times to make sure it was correct.

I have conveniently never qualified for the $1 or $2 surveys.

I will now start tracking every survey I attempt and post my results here so people can make an actual educated decision as to whether or not this is something they want to be a part of.

I'm very disappointed that the DIS would promote something like this.

I signed up for this about two weeks ago and am very disappointed in the results. Even though I reveive atleast 3 emails a day with 1-3 surveys in each email, I've only been able to take about 3 full surverys.......every other survey either tells me it's not applicable to my area or it's already complete.....sorry but this seems like a scam to me and a big waste of my time!! And I clean out my cookies on a regular basis so that is not an issue! I'm going to give it another week, just to say I gave it a fair shot then I will be unsubbing and possibly looking for a way to report it for poor business practices!!!

NicoleMD, QuickRewards is headquartered in the US, and as you can imagine, most US advertisers want the opinions of US residents vs. those in other countries. Although we are open to residents of Canada and the UK, unfortunately there are fewer earning opportunities available to you.

I would assume that this is why your zipcode wasn't accepted in the survey. (We don't program the surveys, we help third party survey panels meet their demographic quotas.)

Rest assured, the DIS is very particular in researching their advertising partners, and QuickRewards.net is proud to have obtained their seal of approval. We have been in business since 2002, making payments to members by PayPal with as little as one penny in their account within 72 hours, and sending all other gift cards weekly...for 9 years. We hope to have more to offer our non-US members in the future, but at this point most earning opportunities are targeted to members in our home country of the US.

Wolfie68, thanks for letting me know about the link error in the Famous Footwear post I made yesterday -- I fixed it! :)

I signed up on Sept 18th as well and am up to more than $40, only trying a couple of surveys a day, though the first couple of weeks I was gung-ho and earned around $20 in that time frame. Sorry you haven't had very much success. I'd have to think it has to do with being in Canada vs the US. I usually try 4 or 5 surveys a day and am accepted for generally 2 of them. Sometimes the $.60 and sometimes the $1. Even got a $2 a couple of weeks ago. It's pretty hit or miss but I do it while I'm watching television of an evening so at least I feel I'm being somewhat productive in my vegging out. :thumbsup2

If I purchase gift cards from the Wal-Mart website, will I earn the cash back % for that purchase?

Great question, Fjobe! Walmart won't let you earn cash back on gift card purchases (neither will Target), but there are some other merchants that will, and I post a list of these every year around the holidays -- I have to go in and confirm which ones still do because they sometimes change their policies. I need to re-confirm my list for this year but as of last year you could earn cashback for buying GCs to Barnes and Noble, Home Depot, Kmart/Sears, and Kohls, among others.

We have several merchants that sell discounted gift cards, and not only will you buy the gift card below face value, but you'll also earn cash back on what you DO pay! These discounters include Cardpool and Plastic Jungle (at 1.1% cashback) and GiftCards.com (at 3% cashback). I just checked all three discounters and they don't have Walmart GCs in stock right now, but their inventory changes frequently so you may want to keep checking back.

Thank you! That is all great info. I was just thinking that I could buy the gift cards and use them for my grocery shopping since it's money I have to spend anyway. I will just keep my eyes open at giftcards.com. I joined Thursday or Friday night and am up to $2.29. I'm hoping to earn extra $ for our upcoming Disney Trip and then for our cruise the following March. Even if I just earn a $1/day, that would be quite a bit extra.

I usually try 4 or 5 surveys a day and am accepted for generally 2 of them.

Amazing success rate. Maybe things have changed. I tried 21 surveys today across 12 different survey routers and got 1 success. I live in Texas.

Today is day 8 for me. I'm up to $21.36 and will use what money I earn on our trip in Oct.
I usually get 2-3 surveys completed, do the daily clicks, and watch the videos. I do some in the morning, maybe check in the afternoon if I have time and sit down for an hour or so in the evening. I always attempt for 0.01 and the QPs. Those add up fairly quickly.

I don't understand the "scam" comments. You aren't paying for something that you're not getting. It does take time, though.

The 0.01s (from the emails, trivia, daily clicks, front page, etc.) and the QP aren't the things that add up, as those are only about 15 cents per day max. It's all about the surveys. 2-3 per day is about $2 per day.

I just have to chime in here. I been a QR member for almost 2 years now. I love them, they are one of the best survey sites out there.(: They have good customer service, they pay quick and they care about us.

Its quite sad that someone would claim this is a scam... When other people had great success with them. It would only be a scam if they never paid and never answered our questions...

It all adds up, but if you notice I did say I try to get 2-3 surveys completed. Those pay more, obviously, but sometimes it's a lean day and the supplements help the total.

silly question. what can u use the tokens for? and what about the other ones/ you know when you are looking at the page and u see your $amt earned, then a 2nd set of numbers, then tokens?
Maybe I just cant find what they're for (or maybe I'm just blind) :rotfl:
Also--if i cash out for a wdw g. card today about how long before y'all send them out? Trying to earn as much as i can for my May trip to wdw.
great site guys :thumbsup2

There is a FAQ section on the left of the home page. It will answer the Quick Points (QP, the second #) and token questions. I do know that QPs will add up to $, but it's like 1000 pts = 0.01 They can add up over a long period of time.

Hi, cajunbaby1! (I'm in Louisiana, too! Cool! Still reeling from the LSU and Saints losses? I am... sigh)

Alex9179 was right (thanks, btw, Alex!) that we have a FAQ that explains those two non-dollar-and-cent earning methods, QuickPoints and Tokens. We get a lot of questions about those, though, so I'd like to answer here as well:

QuickPoints (qp) are a fraction of a cent. So they really are cash, just smaller than a cent. When you earn 100 qp, your balance will automatically go up by one cent, and your qp balance will drop to whatever the remainder was.

Say for instance you had 70 qp in your account from visiting websites. You then got the trivia answer right, which is 50 qp. That total would be 120 qp, so your cash balance goes up by a penny, and your qp balance goes down to 20.

Tokens are a little bonus that we give our members in addition to cash. Tokens can be cashed out for magazine subscriptions or videos. But the idea behind tokens is that they're a reward for remaining a long-time member with QR, so it takes a LOT of tokens to cash out.

I hope this answers your questions but if you're still a bit fuzzy, please send me an email and I'll get with you one-on-one: becky (at) quickrewards (dot) net.

Thanks for joining QR - hope you enjoy it as much as our thousands of active members!

Thanks for the response. See what happens when u get old? You cant see a damn thing!:lmao:
Yea not a big saints fan (blaspemy I know).
But really LSU Did U Even Show Up for the Big Game??? I had to drown my sorrows that day; let me tell you.

I just started yesterday and I have made over $8. But I have a few question that I was not really understanding from the website. I have been kicked off of 2 surverys so far. One last night that I spent almost 40 mins on and the other one tonight about 20mins on. I know that I can email you something, but I am not sure what you are really looking for. I did not see a number for the survey I could just give you the topic and which one I clicked on. What should I be doing different? Could you maybe tell me how a easy way of login these would be so this wont happen anymore.

Also, I see that some of them say 1 per day, but it will let me take another survey. Why is this? Will I really not get the money?

One last question. I have also take the same survey 3 times from 3 different listed sites. What should I do in this case. Stop or just keep going?

Sorry for all the questions. I love to get a little extra money for our trip next year. It will be my sons first time. And you know Daddy needs all the help he can to pay for it:lmao:

cajunbaby1, I know, it totally wasn't OUR Tiger team on the field! Still upset about it, but we'll show 'em and go all the way next year! :)

Wanna be Ariel, thanks for joining us on QR! It sounds like you're off to a great start! Here are the answers to your questions about surveys (I hope):

1. If you spend 20 minutes or more on a survey and then you get booted, chances are you're past the screener and in the full survey. It shouldn't kick you out at that point unless there's a programming error (most often), or if you're speeding through questions or providing contradictory answers, or if you fail a quality control question ("click the button all the way to the right on #3"). Although we don't get paid when surveys don't auto-credit, we want you to be a happy long-term survey taker with our site and will pay you anyway for up to 5 of these a month, if you email support!

What support is needing to credit you is the name of the panel (for example, My Opinion Counts), and the date you attempted the survey. Our diehard survey takers will keep a notebook or spreadsheet of each survey they complete: the panel and the date completed, and then they'll check off each one as they credit. Some surveys credit within a few hours, some within a day, others on Mondays. If you note that the waiting period has passed and something didn't credit, please mail us then and we'll happily credit your account.

2. If you see that you're being put into the same survey, through another panel, that you completed previously, it's best to intentionally screen out of it or to just close the window and try to get into a different survey. You may be able to complete it but then the panel may not pay us.... or you may be able to get through 95% of it and then be told you disqualify. Corporations are paying to get a cross-section of consumer opinions and answering the same survey twice isn't really giving them their money's worth. We want our survey sites to be happy with us so we can continue to offer a wide selection of daily surveys to our members!

3. The limits described on the different survey routers like, limit one completion per day, are based on what the router pays us. They may only pay us for one completion per ip address in a day. Because surveys are reported back (and credited to the member) on a time delay, we don't know if you've already completed one in a particular time frame -- only that you clicked through our site to attempt one. That's why we can't mark off that you've completed this or that panel already.

I hope this helped to answer your questions. I'm always happy to talk about QR, though, so if you have other questions please reply here or send me an email (the fastest way to get ahold of me) at becky (at) quickrewards (dot) net

I've been a member of QuickRewards for about a week now and I am up to $12.33 so far, and that's without completing my goal of at least a survey everyday. I have had an issue with a survey, but I emailed my issue to them and they took care of it quickly. Overall, I have had a wonderful experience with this site. Here's hoping that QuickRewards will help me save up for a mother/daughter trip I'm planning in a few years!

Hi Becky,

I have a question about shopping through your QVC link. I see that waitlist orders do not qualify. There is a product that I am interested in purchasing but it will not ship until 2/27 but it is not a waitlist order, it's more of a preorder. Will this purchase credit or not? If not, I will just wait until after 2/27 to purchase it!

Thanks.
