End of Feb?

I'm seriously tempted to book a 3 night/4 day stay at the Cheyenne at the end of Feb (Sun 26th to Weds 29th) taking advantage of the kids under 12 stay & play for free and 40% off offer.
A few questions -
I know the UK schools won't be on holidays, are any other countries on a break then?
Is it likely to be freezing? I live in Germany and it's been surprisingly mild so far.
Are there any kind of concessions or less able bodied people? I had surgery on my back this year and still find standing for any length of time rather painful. I'm not classed as disabled so wasn't sure if there was anything that was available for limited mobility?
Is it easy getting from CDG to Disneyland (and back)? I have seen that it's a 10 minute direct train from terminal 2 ino the station, but my French is non existant!
Are there still extra magical hours?
Are there any rides scheduled for closure then?

We've been twice before, in September 2007 and July 2009 but haven't seen the new Toy Story land. Thanks in advance.

Hello

best place to check up on european school hols I find is here

EMH is still on in Disneyland Park form 8 - 10 am mostly

If you have a medical condition - if you take a letter from your doctors outlining your condition you may qualify for a pass to allow you to get disabled access to some rides or skip standing in line (my friend has a back condition and we have done this in teh past)

From travelling on french trains they are pretty well sign posted and you'll find someone who can understand english in the station so you should be fine.

It'll probably be cold, but no colder than the UK in february :)

DLRP magic has a pretty good list of referbs that is updated regularly .. you can find that here :)

Happy planning .. I am off again in March .. can't wait :D

If you look at the useful info sticky at the top of the page there is a thread on travelling by plane and a section in there on getting to DLP from the airport.
http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1004423

There are 4 main ways

VEA which is a bus which takes you and drops you at your hotel- more info in the thread

RER which is a train linked to the metro system however you need to go into central Paris and change lines then out again to DLP station so not ideal with lots of luggage and younger children - also this is the slowest way (but I think cheapest)

TGV which is the high speed train - takes 10 mins to get there so is the fastest but is more expensive. I think as well you need to book it (but not certain) so need to give yourself time to get your luggage and get to the station from your terminal as well and build in time in case you are late landing

Shuttle (private or shared) - there are several companies listed in the thread. They will pick you up at your arrival terminal and drop at your hotel so definitely the easiest with children and luggage
