Enchanted? Who said anything about this TR being enchanted?*UPDATE*MNSSHP*3/13

:yay: :yay: :yay:

You got to our day! We had so much fun meeting up. Yeah, I remember a lot more detail than you did. ;) I loved that you said we looked at sea lions. We were watching manatees and Andrew kept telling Aryanna that they were "also called sea lions" because dh had told him they were sea cows once. It turned out there were sea lions on the sign behind us! :rotfl: Nifty that it stuck out in your mind!

Love the pics! The girls really do look a lot alike if you haven't spent a ton of time with them! By lunch, I could see the differences in their faces. :goodvibes

I'm so glad we were able to get together. We all had a great time!

Who sleeps in at WDW?? Well, we do all the time actually.. :lmao: Can't wait to see the next day!

So exciting I think Ary was in love with Jessica's boys. Soooo cute! I agree I love the CM that make the memories so great. My favorite is this past May when we went to Disney World and I met Snow White for the first time. The Snow White in my avatar. She was sooo completely nice to us. I booked Cindy's Castle just for the romance haha. Out of all the Princess that came to our table she was totally in love with us and almost didn't leave our table. I was kind of shy of taking a picture with her because yeah I'm an adult you know? But she grabbed my in her arms and took a picture. It was so sweet and she didn't stop telling me how handsome my DH was. It was the best! There was a Snow White at the World Showcase that was nice but not as nice as the Snow White I met at Cindy's Castle. I wanted to be her friend in real life haha! I would love to have that experience again. But like I said I think I'm going to hold off going to Disney for a bit for some nice cruises.

Your girls are absolutely adorable!! I love the fact that they enjoy their matching outfits!:goodvibes. You all look so relaxed and happy! Your girls seem so well behaved! My grandsons love WDW and most of their vacations have been there. They truly have less temper tantrums there!;). Last November, my 5 year old grandson got his first kiss on the playground at AKL. He liked that one but did NOT like being kissed by Cinderella!:lmao:

Looking forward to the MNSSHP!

Day 12 – MNSSHP!!!

We woke up around 7am again this day. Our plan was to take it easy in the morning/early afternoon and then head to MNSSHP at 4pm.

We gave the girls baths and then watched cartoons for a little while. We were finally ready to go at 8:45 and headed to Downtown Disney for breakfast. We were going to Wolfgang Puck Express and they opened at 9am. We made it there right after opening and our family was one of the few in the place. The girls split the chocolate chip waffles, Quentin had the breakfast pocket, and I had the crispy cornflake French toast I had been eyeing!!! It was soooo good! We decided that everything was delicious and we would definitely eat breakfast there again on our next trip!

After everyone was done eating, we headed over to World of Disney to do a little shopping. Aryanna was looking for a couple more charms for her charm bracelet and McKenna was just looking for anything we would let her buy! We stopped to take pictures with the character statues outside when we were done shopping.

Then we went and took a picture with Pooh & the gang because I wanted a comparison picture to the same one we took last year.

We headed back to the hotel so I could work on packing up a little. We were going to be out last for MNSSHP and wanted to leave at a decent time the next morning because my parents were coming to spend a few days with the girls before our move. The girls weren’t wanting to sit still in the room so Quentin took them to the pool for a little bit while I worked on packing. When they came back from the pool, we all took a little nap.

After our naps, we all got ready to head to MK! We had an ADR at The Plaza for dinner at 4:20pm so we could eat before MNSSHP. We had to wait about 10 minutes before our table was ready but it wasn’t too bad of a wait because the girls were watching a show in front of the castle (as best as they could). Shortly, our names were called and we headed inside. Our meals were pretty good (I don’t remember what we ordered though) but our waitress was horrible!!!! She was not friendly at all! She seemed to be in a hurry and wouldn’t even answer our questions about some of the menu items.

Our girls had been asking for another set of the light up cups and we promised they could get them today. They each got one earlier in the trip at Le Cellier and they each wanted the other character. This time Aryanna got Buzz and McKenna got Tinkerbell. Not 5 minutes later, McKenna is crying because she wants Buzz and we kept telling her that she had one back in the room. About 2 minutes later, the guy that brought our drinks came back with 2 more light up characters so that each girl could have “one of each.” We told him thank you but they already had the other characters in our room, but he insisted we take them anyways. The girls decided (with a little persuasion) that they would give them to their friend Emily after we were done eating. Aryanna’s best friend, Emily, and her parents had arrived at WDW earlier that afternoon and we had plans to meet up for part/all of MNSSHP since it may be the last time we saw them before our move.

After we finished with our dinner, we headed to the bathrooms to change the girls into their Halloween costumes! They were both so excited to wear their new Tinkerbell & Silvermist costumes that my mom made for them.

Aryanna as Tinkerbell. McKenna as Silvermist.

After meeting up with our friends, we all headed over to get in line to see Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs.

McKenna playing with Miss Susan’s smile (Emily was Alice, her dad was the Mad Hatter, and her mom was the Cheshire Cat).

The CMs had announced several times that Snow White & the Seven dwarfs would be delayed awhile because Dopey was still “at the mine.” We waited until about 20 minutes after they were supposed to be out and then we got out of line. The girls were getting grumpy and we weren’t sure when they would be coming out.

We decided to go take the girls to get their faces painted because they had been begging all week (and it was free during the party). As we were walking, we saw the CM with Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs heading to the Meet & Greet. Luckily the girls didn’t mind and didn’t ask to get back in line.

We passed by some street sweepers who were painting Mickey & Friends faces with water.

It was about a 25 minute wait to get the girls faces painted. They each got a fairy face in colors to match their costumes.

After their faces were painted, we headed to one of the dance parties for a little bit while we were waiting to meet back up with our friends.

Then the girls asked to ride the Tea Cups again so we headed that way. When we got there, we saw the Queen of Hearts so we go in line to meet her. McKenna wouldn’t meet her though because she was scared.

It was about time for the fireworks, so we headed to find a spot to watch them. The girls were hungry so we got a couple of chicken nugget meals to share while we waited/watched the fireworks. We had a pretty good spot on the bridge by Cosmic Rays. Our friends met up with us right before they started.

The girl's costumes were absolutely precious! Also, loved the face painting! My DD and DS loved it so much, that they want to get their faces painted when we go to Disney at the end of May. :goodvibes
Cannot wait for the next update! :cloud9:

Yay!! You updated!!

Wow! The girls have really changed since you were there last! I love that little Winnie the Pooh log. John and I had our picture taken there on our honeymoon. I don't think I'd be up for comparison pics of myself now though. :lmao:

Too bad about Snow White taking so long. :sad1: She was there with the 7 Dwarfs?? When we saw them, she wasn't with them. The girls do look adorable with their faces painted in those cute costumes!!

Too funny about McKenna and the Queen of Hearts! Blake is the exact same way! He's terrified of her!

What a fantastic report!! Do you have anymore to share? Your DDs are lovely ~ I love their fairy costumes ~ great job gramma :thumbsup2

So you're now in CA ~ are you close to Disneyland? We love visiting DLR and hope to visit over the 4th of July weekend to celebrate DD's B-day *7/3* we visited that same weekend last year and had a fabulous time!

Thanks! Yes I have more to share, I just haven't gotten to it yet. I'm hoping to get to it this week. We are registering our oldest for preschool this afternoon so she should be starting in a few days. Hoping that gives me a little down time in the afternoon to write, as she hasnt been napping much lately!

We're about 3 hours north of Disneyland now. We've visited DLR 3 times since we moved to CA in September. We bought APs this year and are hoping to get 2 more trips out of them, one in June for my youngest daughter's 3rd birthday and one in October for the Halloween party!

Your girls are so adorable and I loved their fairy costumes. Really enjoyed your trip report!

Teresa

I just read your whole entire trip report! I'd love to be able to stay for as long as you did! Lucky!!!
