Enchanted call question

We had Mickey mouse call our DD the other night for her birthday. He was about 15 minutes late. Last time we ordered a call, it was 2 hours late and they were already in bed! Anyone else experience this? We have an order in for him to call on Christmas, and I'd like it to actually come on time.....

I don't think there are any time zone that are only 15 minutes apart! LOL I can see that for the one that was 2 hours off, but I know I did both of them right. I just hope the one we ordered on Christmas morning comes at least close to on time, if not actually ON TIME!

We did 2 last Christmas and both were right on time. Sorry you aren't having good luck with it. I'd see if you can contact someone to see why they are late.
