Empty Envelope...What would you do?

Today, I checked the mail and found a "letter" from Walt Disney World. It was very thin. When I flipped it over, it wasn't sealed (like it never had been), and it was empty. Can you imagine being excited to get a WDW letter only to find out there is no letter!? What piece of information could I be missing?? Do you think there is any way to find out what I was supposed to receive? What would you do?

If you made your reservation fairly recently, it could have been one of the brochures about the resort. At 60+ days, it's too early for you to get ME info or "Mickey mail" so that's my guess.

it's possible that it was a letter letting you know if something was going to be closed at the resort. We were at 50 days out and got a letter from WDW letting us know that the beach pool was going to be closed the beginning of June for a small period for refurbishment, but that the new courtyard pool would be open. It may be something like that.....

I would be totally sad too. I guess as long as its not tickets or some essential part of your trip I wouldn't worry about it.

Oh no, that would worry me to death! Such a bummer, maybe if you call you can see if any essentials have been mailed out to you. Hope you can get to the bottom of it soon!

OMGosh that would drive me nuts. I would call CRO and see if they can shed some light.

We also received a very thin envelope from Disney earlier this week, about 25 days prior to our trip. It contained a single sheet of paper letting us know the POFQ lobby would be undergoing a refurb while we are there (which I already knew). Maybe yours was something simple like that :confused3

I'm also staying at POFQ but in June. Hoping that's what it was. I did know about that from the POFQ thread too.

I agree, call and see if anyone can tell you what was supposed to be in the envelope.

Then come back here and tell us, because it's driving me nuts, too!! :rotfl:

That is such a coincidence... we got a letter from Disney yesterday too and the envelope looked like it hadn't been sealed like maybe they came off the same processing equipment.

We're booked for 7 nights and it was an offer for free upgrade from our moderate (POR) to either Poly or AKL. Who'd of thunk right?

I wonder what your's said.

I had the same thing happen to me. I called and was told it was a test to see who would call. As a result of being the first to respond we got to spend a night in the Castle. :rotfl:

I bet it's that. I received the letter today and we are staying @ POFQ in June.

Oh no... I'm totally full of it.

I meant to come back in 3 minutes and be like, "Ha, just kidding". Then lightning struck our power out for the rest of the day.
