Emporor's New Groove Characters?

I think ENG has got to be the funniest Disney movie ever. The boyfriend and I watch it about once a week. I can't get enough of it!

So I was wondering... Has anyone ever seen any of the charactor's from this movie at any of the parks? I love them all, but I'd be especially excited to take a picture with Kronk! "You owe me a new acorn." I just kind of doubt that he's a charactor that's ever been available to meet... It'd be very cool to have my picture taken with any of the charactors from the movie though...

So anyone ever met any of the Emporor's New Groove characters? Where did you find them?

On all my trips, I never ever found any Emperor's New Grove characters. I get the impression they were out when the movie was new a few years ago (2001ish), and since then, have become very rare or simply stop making appearances. I know I seen internet photos of the emperor as a Llama out greeting in the parks, so he existed at one time!

I don't think they make such a big deal about that movie because it didn't do well at the box office. I took my DD to see it at the movies and I loved it. I think that adults enjoy it more than kids? I could be wrong...but I would love to see Yzma in the parks one day.

They had the characters at Disneyland but I have never seen them at WDW Kronk is DH's favorite character too.

No Touchy! No Touchy! DD loves llama's.....demonllama's...she'd be thrilled if they were there. I think AK or MGM need to do something about this....or at least some statues for photo op's!

One of my favorite Disney movies. David Spade is so perfect for his character.

I think it would be cool to see the characters. I would have to get my pic taken with Kronk and Yzma.

We just watched ENG Sunday night - I LOVE that movie! Every time I watch it, it gets funnier.

That is one of the best movies. I like to use the line "Beware the Groove" at work when my co-workers start to break up my concentration.

We were just talking about this movie at work today! It is SO funny! I got my picture taken with Kuzco (as a llama) in the front of MGM a couple of years ago. Haven't seen him since.

I had to weigh in on this one, as you can tell from my username.

The characters apparently have been retired after the 2001 DVD release.

Tell us where the llama is and we'll burn your house down.

Um, don't you mean OR we'll burn your house?

Oh, alright, tell us where the talking llama is OR we'll burn your house down"

Well, which is it? That seems like a pretty crucial conjunction to me!

(And then follows the scene in which I crack up uncontrollably as Yzma ends up as a chicken pinata!)

We watch it whenever we can. In fact when my ds9 starts acting up and I give him that "mom look" he says" No Touchy!!" because he knows he'll make me laugh!

Not only did the movie not do well at the box office, but my husband and I notice that adults love the movie more then children do! I have siblings who were 9 and 15 at the time of the movie release. I talked with them about the move, and they didn't like it that much. There were some jokes that went over their head.

They should add a water ride called Kuztopia at either Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon or just stick it right in at MK. I don't know. "BOOM BABY!"

We also got our picture with Kuzco a few years ago at MGM. Now you've all made me want to watch the movie. Looks like my late night entertainment now.
