EMM and rope drop

How is EMM affecting crowds and touring for non EMM guests arriving at normal rope drop? Surely there's a thread on this, but I can't seem to find it... I didn't realize that I scheduled both our MK days on EMM days! Will our normal rope drop style touring be messed up too badly? Thanks!

It will not affect it. The number of people that does EMM is very small. However, if you can swing it financially, look into doing EMM. We loved it at both MK and HS, and these in addition to the Star Wars dessert party were some of the highlights of our trip!

Thanks-- this is good to hear! I'd love to take part, but for a family of 5, it's a little too steep!

We did EMM the last week of July and if there were more than 200 people total in it I'd be shocked. I wouldn't expect any change in rope drop whatsoever. I agree with the PP about the event though, among the best money I've spent at Disney in awhile. I know it's a frivolous expense and not for everyone, but highly worth it for our family.
