Eggs

People in my neck of the woods call an over easy egg either a dippy or dippin' egg. You might want to update the poll accordingly.

I like them scrambled soft and preferably with montery jack & colby cheese, scallions and portabello mushrooms. I can't make an omelette so I can't call it that.

I love deviled eggs. We make them with homemade sweet pickles and not just the jar relish. Yum-o.

I love eggs and will eat them as long as the white is cooked. If I get an egg and the white it at all gooey, it makes me physically gag - funny thing is I LOVE to dip toast or home fries into the yolk and don't care for the yolk to be cooked through unless they are scrambled If I order in a restaurant I get scrambled or an omelet so they cannot mess it up.

I like my eggs on someone else's plate. Lucky for me, the older son will gladly take whatever eggs I've been served.

Don't like eggs and rarely eat them. If I must I want them hard boiled.

I love my eggs the way my Dad used to make them: whole, with cooked whites and an opaque film over the runny yolk. I love to dip toast, potatoes or bacon in the yolk, yum!

He called them 'blinded', but whenever I asked for it in a restaurant, they had no idea what I meant, they always gave me 'over easy'. Somebody finally figured it out and told me it's more frequently called 'basted'.

DH makes the most wonderful fluffy scrambled eggs, I like it when he makes them, but not when I do.

I like them over easy if I have toast to go with them.
I like them scrambled and mixed with cottage cheese.

I also like them hard boiled, poached, fried (and put into a sandwich) and I love egg salad.

I like mine "over hard"--yolk broken, turned over. Rarely, scrambled or over easy ("dippin'")

I love eggs and will eat them about anyway you make them!

Heck, I even eat my DHs scrambled eggs and they are the worst ever. For some reason he scrambles them until they are brown and then chops them into little itty bitty pieces. I beg him to not chop my eggs and to get them off the stove before they turn brown, but it usually goes in one ear and out the other.
