EE & CRT - Are my plans going to work?

I have been planning and planning and planning....now I'm to the stressed stages!

I managed to get a PS at CRT for 9:05 on Sunday 11/23. We are going to be at Disney 11/22-11/28 - TG week. I had originally thought that we would be able to enter the MK early for our PS and thus have the park to ourselves for a few minutes to snap a couple of pictures and enjoy the feel or being there alone. Now I've read that Sunday is an EE day at MK. Do they ALWAYS do EE? Or do they just do EE on certain, more crowded times? I'm worried this is going to blow both of my ideal situations....getting to enter the park before opening on one day and taking advantage of EE on another day. Please tell me how this is going to work out wonderfully somehow!

It can still work - but not quite as you planned it. EE is always Sundays at MK (unless they cancel them again - which I doubt they will!). So, you will not be able to enter the park early because of your PS. :(

However, if you are there for the beginning of EE, you can get a LOT done before breakfast - and have a Fastpass waiting for you when you get out. When we went in June, that is the strategy that we used. We had a little later time (9:40), but we completed all of FantasyLand and had a FP to ride Splash Mountain after CRT! If you are there when the park opens for EE, you can probably get a lot done in FantasyLand and have a FP for Peter Pan or Winnie the Pooh waiting for after Breakfast.

You can probably still get some good pictures at the beginning of EE, but you will not get that "The park is ALL mine" feeling of walking down mainstreet before everyone else!

Hope that helps a little!
