I would say probably not. The first 1/2 or so of the class is taken up with general training on how to get on and off, ride, go up and down ramped areas, etc.
The last portion is riding thru World Showcase. It is basically just riding the Segway thru each country with some manouverung practice. At Japan, you can choose to go up the hill to the counter service restaurant at the top. In Italy, it's manouvering around some pillars. There is a picture stop and at each country, the CM give a few facts about that country. The emphasis on the tour is not the facts though, it's the Segway practice.
