Thank you to the both of you. I am always amazed at the amount of talent people have that they are so willing to share. Much appreciated

Questions about 2 excursions in Puerto Vallarta if anyone knows. Looking at the Pirate Ship adventure and the Paradise Village beach break. Anyone had experience with either of these? Pros? Cons? I'm wondering what all there is to do on the island with the Pirate Ship excursion. Being November, will the water be warm enough to snorkel or do the other water sports that are listed? If not, what else is there to do besides the water sports? I know Paradise Village has their pools heated if the temps are lower. Advice?

Thank you

Linda

We've done the Paradise Beach excursion and it was wonderful--if too short. They have a great pool and slides for the kids and plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas along the shore. We went in Jan and the water was "doable", don't know about Nov. We've booked this one again--can't beat all you can drink offer.

Sitting in MCO airport after a b2b Dream cruise and I cannot wait to be back on the Wonder! IMO, the customer service on the Wonder is soooooooo much better than the Dream. Won't be sailing her for a while.

And now I have like 30 pages to catch up with...

Only 30? You were lucky! And welcome back.

I think this is what I want to do. Did you book through Disney?

Thanks!

Well...our WDW trip is delayed. :sad2:

Mechanical difficulties resulted in our flight to Atlanta not being able to make our Orlando connection so we were forced to rebook for tomorrow morning. Delta customer service hung up on me twice while trying to rebook. :headache:
Spent 40 minutes on hold but was finally able to get things squared away for tomorrow. I hope the bad weather moving in doesn't mess up our flights in the morning. We are fully prepared to slog around in the wind/rain to eat and drink wine though. :)

Rough day. Work is crazy busy. The dreaded Giants take a 2-0 lead in the World Series. And, I found out today I need knee surgery. And, yet, I couldn't be happier because I'm soooo looking foward to the trip!! :cool1: Now off to read about a bazillion posts to get caught up.

My favorite on a 14 day cruise is to have room service deliver me cookies and iced tea in the laundry room when I am doing the clothes on a middle sea night.

Great idea! Does room service also deliver margaritas? If not, I'm packing a blender. :thumbsup2

Thank you to Tammy and Jeff for putting together the name tags. :thumbsup2

Thanks to our name tag heros! I will be thrilled with any design. :worship: I have about ten or so plain black lanyards, and maybe 10 more various new Castaway Club lanyards I can bring for any new cruisers who won't get one at boarding, if needed.
Liz

Unfortunately, I gave all my extra lanyards to my friend for her third grade class to use on field trips. I think I've "covered" about two-thirds of her class.:)

Thanks to everyone for all their hard work and effort to make this trip so special. I'm blown away by the generosity of time and spirit so vividly on display in each and every post!

By the way, I'm now fully committed to The Path Between the Seas. It's a great read so far. The only question is whether I'll finish reading the book in less time than it took to build the canal.

My vote is for simplicity - I think it would nice (and a heck of alot easier) to keep them all the same. I think the majority liked the Santa Mickey.

I filled out the form with my full name so just use my first name only and we should be good to go!!

Huge thanks to Tammy & Jeff!

Ditto!

Hope you get there without further incidents! Enjoy WDW!

:( Delta Customer Service is an oxymoron. What's the saying, any day on vacation is better than one at work?

We made it! Sitting on the magical express bus on our way to our resort. Ready for some good food and wine.

To an engineer, that sounds like a requirement! :)

Remind me, are the KTTW cruise cards the same size as the WDW room KTTW cards? I don't recall keeping a card from our previous cruises but I'll be getting a WDW KTTW card tonight that I can use for dimensions.
I am an Engineer and that is a requirement, sort of. ;)

Yay have a wonderful time hope the weather doesn't get in the way of the wine & food :)

Finally made it through 30 pages! *happy dance* To all of you that are losing weight I wish I had the same resolve! Unfortunately, I put on 4lbs during a week on the Dream... Which I guess is better than my last cruise! Now I just want to lose 15 before Panama. :)
