Eating late at the Signatures

For our 10-10 to 10-15 trip, I have late adr's at Artist Point, Flying Fish, and Citricos, all at 9:15pm, which I believe is the latest possible.

My question(s), for those of you who eat late, are:

Were you the only folks in the restaurant? Was it uncomfortably empty, save for you and the staff? Did you feel hurried out?

I know that this probably wouldn't even be a consideration during the high season when everything's packed. October seems to be busy, but nowhere near July's levels.

And BTW, here's to 50 days to go.:cheer2:

Can't speak to a reservation that late, but we have had the absolute last seating at Yak & Yeti one day. Place was pretty much empty when we left. We didn't feel rushed at all, although the staff was cleaning up other areas of the restaurant as we ate. Waitress still showed us the same attention I think we would have gotten during regular meal time.

We had the same experience as mountaindew1 at Yak &Yeti. The park had probably been closed about an hour when we left the restaurant. There were two other tables and we dis not feel rushed at all.

We have not noticed the signatures to be empty. We are from west coast and always dine at 9:00. The restaurants are still busy.

We had a reservation @ about 9ish at Narcosee's and it was pretty much packed. Some people book that specifically to see the fireworks. We practically let our apps sit out cold while watching the fireworks.

We also had a late night reservation @ Citricos, about 8:45 and it too was packed.

This was back in March, which was peak season though.

You will be fine, not rushed and the places are still over 50% full of diners. Enjoy your trip!

We have eaten at both Flying Fish and Citricos and always eat later (8-9PM). The restaurants have been at least 60% full (if not more) and we have never been rushed out at night. I would believe Artist Point would be the same.

We ate at 9:40 p.m. at California Grill in May. It didn't feel late for us (we were coming from MST, 2 hours behind). It was packed, and there were even kids. We did not feel rushed at all, though.

Thanks, y'all!

I happen to be from NC, where we feel like we're in a ghost town if we're not out of a restaurant by 8 on a weeknight.

Under 50 days to go, getting very excited!

We have never felt rushed or anything when taking late ADR's, even as the restaurant begins to empty out. If anything we have had some great service really late and it's probably from the staff seeing that finish line at the end of the night. We took a 9:50 ADR at Citricos on our upcoming trip which we will head to after MSEP (@8) and Wishes (@9). We are not the least bit worried about food quality or service.
