What are these drinks and where were the pictures taken? (As things are still a bit close, I'm going to be strict on this - I know you can get the drinks in more than one place but I want to know where these particular pictures were taken)

Answers are below - one thing I would like to say is that I 'borrowed' these pics from a couple of DISers. The first one is fine but there seems to be a bit of confusion over the second one so I will just say that, in an effort to be fair, I will accept two possible answers for what it is but the location needs to be correct.
