I used my Cardio Trainer app and ran 3.1 miles. I had to zig zag through the property twice but my luck was that I got to 3.1 miles near my building.

Good work! And it's good to do that early, since you won't be doing anything else that requires lots of walking during the day, like visiting a theme park.

However the FP came out from my AP as well the backup card and he gave me both.

I only mention this because this would not be only time I saw them. Ever have that family or person that you seem to always be “with” at Disney? I have occasionally seem the same person a couple of times but this mother/daughter team would pop up again and again.

I've always thought it would be funny to follow a family around and appear waving in the background of all their pictures, without them realizing it. Sure, I'd probably get arrested later, but it would still be funny.

Marv and I talked about that when we met. Sometimes when I am alone at Disney , I get in the "zone" and if I am not expecting to see someone I recognize, you could walk up right in front of me and I would have no clue.


Trying to look for someone is just as bad it seems. Then you feel frustrated because you feel like you are just wasting time. That's how I felt when I was waiting for Chris the first time he ran off.

Sorry I have been a bit slow in updates. With High School swim taking up 2 nights a week it has been tough to catch up on TR's much less to get an update out.

I was done with Breakfast and heading down the street.




I thought this was cute as I walked down Sunset Blvd.

Single rider line here is really hit or miss. Sometimes you can have a relatively short wait or a really long one. You just never know.

I walk back up Sunset Blvd and see these guys. Some management types- you can tell by the garbage tongs- Not quite sure why there is a “cluster” of them together but along with the PP I was intrigued.

I made it over to One Man’s Dream.

I watched the movie again. After I saw the movie the first time – I remember thinking I couldn’t remember it. After seeing it again I know why I had that feeling. The movie is about Walt in his own words. His beginning, his vision and dreams. Walking through every park, I am reminded of this even though most everything at Disney World did not have Walt’s hand on it, but it had his heart. His heart as it was interpreted by those close to him.
So in many ways, I see that movie in many places, not just that theater.

After I enjoyed the refurbed One Man’s Dream I headed across the park for Start Tours.

As I exited, I made my way towards the streets of America. If anyone is still looking for the Writers Stop here is some reference point.

Great update. After today, I really needed that trip through the studios. I have a confession... I have never ridden ToT. I am really intrigued but scared to death of the drop. I'm sure that I will have to do it when DD hits the height requirement. She is a 4 year old dare devil. Nothing scares her.

Catching up...

I stop for an egg roll at the egg roll cart. Shrimp /pork eggroll and an ice water. I bring it back around Yak and Yeti to eat. Lots of families and lots of screaming kids and worn out parents.


I eat and enjoy the fact that I am not dealing with that. .

Great update, Pat. I'm with you -- love TOT (I think it is definitely my favorite ride in all of Disney now). You got some great photos of all parts of the park (since we limit ourselves to what we do at the Studios, we sometimes miss some of those shots).
