Hi guys! I love this thread, I wish I could make some of the dishes you make, lol....but, my husband had a heart attack and is a diabetic, I found out in November that I have a heart condition called SVT and I have high blood pressure, and need to lose weight! Ugh.... If you guys have any dish ideas that is low fat, low sodium, and no processed ingredients, and pretty much nothing white ie... Bread, sugar, flour..... Help!
