Tonight we are having grilled pork chops with hash browns, roasted brussel sprouts, and fruit salad.
 
Tonight is Skillet Cajun Tilapia with Tomatoes, Rice, and a Salad.
 
Tonight is beef paprikash over polenta with steamed green beans. Yogurt and berries for dessert.
 
Here is my menu for this week:

Mon/12 Ham Steak, Sweet Potatoes, and Green Beans

Tue/13 (Class) Chicken Sausage, Eggs, Toast, and Hashbrowns

Wed/14 (Class) Flatout Wrap Pizza and Salad

Thu/15 Slow Cooker Stout and Chicken Stew and Rolls

Fri/16 Not home

Sat/17 Corned Beef, Calconnon, Raglan Road Guinness Brown Bread, Glazed Carrots

Sun/18 Salmon Patties, Tartar Sauce, Green Beans, and Salad

I am working on my plan for the rest of the month. We are going to Sam's Club next weekend so it would help if I know what sorts of meat I might need. My freezer is just about empty of meat at the moment!
 

Hi everyone, life has been BUSY !!! my son fractured his collarbone a few weeks ago in a ice hockey game so there have been some Dr appts, my daugter is getting prepared for softball and we are planning our Disney trips (me and DD in less 26 Days and then my work trip in 48 days and my Hubs first trip in 51 days) but while i am sitting here with my mouth burning up from spicy peanut sauce chicken stir fry thought i'd post my menu..

Tonight - Strip Steak on the grill, noodles for the kids, potatoes for me and the Hubs and green beans.
Tuesday - Shepards Pie (no corn for Ds)
Wednesday - Pizza deal from the local store (2 14" one topping pizzas for $15.99)
Thursday - Turkey cutlets and all the fixings..
Friday and Sat are up in the air..

A busy week this week again as I have overtime scheduled and class and only 1 day off. I won't have time or energy for much cooking so it will be just easy stuff like casseroles and skillet meals this week.

Sun - cheese soup and salad
Mon - shepherd's pie, salad
Tues - sonora chicken, salad
Weds - grilled cheese, tomato soup
Thurs - chicken scampi, pasta y olio, salad
Fri - dirty rice with ground beef, salad
Sat - shoyu chicken, jasmine rice, garlic broccoli
Sun - cheese and onion stuffed charcoal grilled burgers, ranch style beans

Tonight- baked pork chops, mashed potatoes/gravy, rolls, asparagus, mac & cheese for Mr Picky Pants since it's pretty much the only side he'll eat :rolleyes:
 
Hi all, is it menu time already?!:rotfl: We ate everything on the menu, & ate out twice over the weekend, it was spring break & since we did'nt travel anywhere we did a few fun things around here. Tonight is chicken quesadillas & salad, hoping to post the menu tomorrow!
 
Tonight was ham steak, baked sweet potatoes, and green beans. Super simple since I did a LOT of work to get way ahead in one of my classes. One last thing to worry about!
 
It's a good thing I am great budgeter! It's gonna help us in the next year! My hubby came home and told me Walgreens is making all Assistant managers take a $4.00/Hr. pay cut regardless of how many years they have with the company. My DH has almost 30 years in. It's gonna be a scarry next few months for us.

I am still in school but am applying for summer school so I can get my certificate a bit faster. Even then it's no guarntee I can get a job. Please keep us in your prayers!
 
tonight: Pistolette sandwiches w/carrots and ranch
Wed: Szechuan Chicken w/rice noodles
Thurs: Pork Carnitas w/refried beans
Fri: Leftovers
Sat: Oven roasted chicken w/roast veg. (cook 2 chickens for leftovers)
Sun: baked chicken and spinach flautas (using leftover chicken)
 
Tonight we are having chicken with angel hair pasta and roasted tomato sauce.

Tomorrow is shopping day and based on the ads I have planned:

Corned beef with potatoes, carrots, and cabbage
Roast beef with mashed potatoes
Roast beef sandwiches with sweet potato fries
Chicken and dumplings
Chicken enchiladas
Baked spaghetti
Crock pot potato and corn chowder
Ham slices with roasted sweet potatoes
lemon garlic tilapia
Pulled pork Sandwiches with potato salad

That should last us awhile and I will fill in with veggies and fruits depending on our mood that night.
 
I live really close to walmart and another grocery store, so I get unmotivated to plan more than 3 meals in a row. It's just so easy to get food every few days and it's fresher.
Tues.-Turkey dogs on the grill, it's 64 degrees here! watermelon, baked beans, Mac and cheese for dd11, (frozen) corn on the cob

Weds- BBQ chicken, tri colored noodles, green beans

Thurs.- ham, sweet potatoes, cabbage, another veg.
 
I am making Guiness beef stew in the crock pot and stuffing some puff pastry with it.
 
Tonight i am making homemade swiss chalet chicken with fries and gravy and a salad. I havn't made a menu for a while now and really got to get back into it as it would save my i forgot to take something out lets eat out phrase lol.
 
We are going to order pizza for dinner tonight. I have a free one through my papa john's rewards to use.
 
Since so nice outside. I grilled pork chops and grilled corn on the cob.
 
Last night was hectic so we threw together some chili dogs for dinner.
Tonight we're grilling burgers and will have fries and whatever else I find in the fridge that needs to be ate.
Tomorrow is stroganoff in the slow cooker.
