Tonight I am baking a turkey (DH got from work at T-giving)

Thu - turkey leftovers
Fri - frozen pizza from Costco
Sat - going out for St. Paddy's Day
Sun - eating at inlaws
Mon - turkey leftovers
Tues. Duggar's tater tot casserole
Wed. Tortilla chicken soup
Thurs. Fish
Fri. frozen pizza

The weather has been so warm I have been putting out bowls of cut up veggies and slices of oranges for sides.

Tonight is going to be salmon patties, tarter sauce, green beans, and a salad.

For our salmon patties I like to make a sauce out of a half of pkg of lite cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, and some Greek seasoning. Then we spread that on the buns. I also prefer making the salmon patties myself using the salmon fillets from fresh salmon rather than the can. I hate picking out all those bones!
Tonight is gonna be build your own hot dog night. I bought a pkg. of Nathan's hotdogs. I have toppings like chili and Chicago style toppings. I plan on serving sweet potato fries with that.

Interesting thread. Tonight we are having chicken, plain white rice, and broccoli. The meal only cost a total of $5 for our whole family! Love when we can do nutritious meals for such a low cost.

We are HOME!! It felt so good to sleep in our own beds last night. Tonight we are going to O'Charleys for DD's birthday. DD9 is now DD10 as of today!

Last night was cheeseburgers on the deck (80 degrees!), baked beans & fruit, tonight is hotdogs on the deck w/ salad & chips. Tomorrow dd is having a friend stay over & has requested manicotti, broccoli & garlic bread. After that is anyone's guess:rotfl:.

Overnight I cooked up a huge pork should roast in the crock pot. I cooked it with a can of rootbeer. The house smelled so good when I woke up this morning.

So tonight we are heating it up for pulled pork sandwiches with chips and fresh cut cantelope.

That sounds awesome.... Let me know what you think of it after you make it.

Haven't been on here in a while...been working lots lately, and unfortunately eating out a lot, too! Getting back on track, though! The chicken recipe was very good. I recommend cutting the cream cheese up into small cubes. Some of mine didn't melt down properly. I also wondered if the new cooking creme stuff would work better maybe. I might give that a try next time!
