I have been following this thread for quite awhile now. You all seem like a wonderful group! We have had a lot going on in our family for a while now, and have been eating out way too much, thus not healthy
So I am determined to get back on track and start menu planning. I could use some help, so that is why I am posting. I hope in time, I can be of help to others.
Mon- Spaghetti, salad
Tue- Hamburgers on the grill, corn on cob, watermelon
Wed- chicken on the grill, green beans, roasted potatoes on gril
Thur- stuffed chicken(the frozen kind you buy)fruit salad
Friday- steak on the grill, mashed potatoes, broccoli
Sat-
Sun- out for lunch, fend for dinner
Mon-b b cue chicken stir fry
