Thanks for the info about the restaurants, the movies and the dining schedule. Some of the movies also run on the plane taking us across the Big Pond - and we got 'Wreck-It Ralph 3D', 'Finding Nemo 3D', 'The Muppets' and 'The Avengers' on BluRay.
We're especially looking forward to dine at Animator's Palate. I guess for us, with France just a few hours on Autobahn away, the pseudo-French restaurants and cuisine aren't that big an attraction

I'm especially keen on seeing what progress Disney has made in comparison to Animator's Palate on the Magic.
And of course we're very excited to travel on a ship 'Made in Germany'
Today after work I bought 4lbs of Old Gouda für the Dutch innkeeper on Amelia Island. It was a great experience. I usually don't shop in the town I'm working in, but the shop was recommended by a coworker, who lives near our company.
It was like timetravel, because it is an ancient Mom & Pop-store with an original 50ies interior. They had fresh fruit and veggies on display outside on the sidewalk tended by two elderly gentlemen, one of which opened the door for me, accompanied me inside and then served me very politely. He was delighted to sell me 40 ($54) worth of cheese and gave me advice on how to pack it for air travel. I guess they usually don't sell big chunks of cheese like that.
