How many days around Easter do the special add ones appear? Parade intro, eggs at the Grand Floridian, bunny pictures?

We want to do some of that but plan to stay out of MK on Easter itself to try to avoid some of the crowds

I tried looking to see when Disney posted information about brunches. I got an ADR as a backup but would prefer an Easter brunch.

I am waiting for the same information about brunch. I booked an Easter day ADR at Be Out Guest for dinner but would like brunch at Boma. I was trying to look up info from this past Easter and it looks like special dining wasn't posted until a couple months before. So we may have to wait until Jan or Feb.

We are hoping to do church at the Contemporary and then head over to MK for some park time. On the crowd tracker it doesn't look like it's the worst pick.

Of course, every trip I say that we are NOT going to be park commandos, but then we are at the parks a whole bunch!

I was surprised I could get every ADR I wanted too like BOG, 'Ohana and beaches and cream.
I was at Disney in 2016 over Easter weekend. We left on cruise Easter Sunday. On Good Friday we were in the MK and I recall by it so was packed by 12pm we had to leave. We headed over to Epcot and it was not crowded at all. On that Saturday we went to AK and don't recall it being too crowded. My plan is to go to the parks early and leave by lunch time then head back out at night for dinner.
